no buster challenge: not allowed to use buster past the first stage

- pacifist first stage, buster the boss
- no more buster
- beat the game

if you game over in the castle/wily stages, use a password to start from the first castle (no free-refills allowed on game over, which eliminates the challenge). you can game over in 8 robots to farm e-tanks if you want

no buster shots on rush jet/coil/marine

you're allowed ONE m-tank usage per playthrough (probably necessary to finish some games).

don't flip-top (eddie) farm, unless you're a little -----

Rockman 5 specific:

you cannot buster for beat letters (no beat)
you can ONLY buster Octoper on wave man, not the regular enemies during jetski
you can buster the blocks in Wily 1 crusher, but NOT the enemies
