Teamr00t seem to be on a government hacking campaign at the moment and have now gone on to hacked and defaced a Turkish government websites (http://sivasilozelidaresi.gov.tr/)

The government site is an organizational structure, service units, the provincial council decisions, investment program, announcements and news.

These last few weeks have been very active for Teamr00t, who have participated in various #Ops in their way of showing support for fellow hacktivist and for the suppressed people of the world.
