[17:16] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Takes his pad out and and starts taking notes. Setting a Recorder down on the table..
[17:18] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): ok Today is July 17 2018 Officer Devlon J. Florentino with a Witness  whos name is Kasi Le Queue.
[17:19] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Ok ma'am you stated the car in the lake was your brother In law's how did you know it was?
17:20] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "Well, I knew it sure looked like his car.  And since my sister is here, I thought it must be his.  It's not the kind of car you see very often."
[17:21] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): And had your sister. "pauses For the Record you Sister is who?
[17:22] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Had your sister said weather he was missing?
[17:23] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "Oh yeah.  We all knew he'd been missing for months."
[17:24] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): And she didn't file a report with the police department or the state police at any time?
[17:24] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "Oh, I wouldn't know about that.  I would assume so, though."
[17:25] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): "nods looking at the file in his hand"
[17:26] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Did they have a good marriage. What I mean was there any fighting over say money or anything to that matter.?
[17:28] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "Unfortunately, I don't have much I can tell you.  Qrystal is, how should I say this, she's mysterious.  We go months at a time without talking.  I try to pop in now and then and check up on her.  But she never tells me much."
 [17:30] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Thats ok. Takes out a photo and hold it in his hand." Now there was a male body in that car I need you to brace your self. Sets the photo down on the table sliding it over. Is this your brother in-law?
[17:31] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "What?  A body in the car?"
[17:32] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): yea is this your brother In law. "pointing to the photo"
[17:35] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): I can't tell you the details being a ongoing investigation . But I do need to know if this is him your Brother In law.
[17:36] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): Takes a good look and winces.  "Oh my god.  This just can't be happening!"
[17:36] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): I take that is him then. Seeing her reaction.
[17:37] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "I can't believe he was even here.  He ran out on her months ago!"
[17:37] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Taking the photo back putting it back in the folder."
[17:38] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Did you see anyone else in the area. that looked out of place?
[17:39] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "He must have got himself mixed up with a married woman and her husband came after him.  I bet that's what happened."
[17:40] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Did you know your sister had a boyfriend or x-boyfriend?
[17:41] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "Still can't believe he came back to this area.  Although maybe he was trying to get to Q."
[17:42] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): Looks surprised.  "She had a boyfriend?  No, I didn't know that.  But I guess it makes sense.  She was probably lonely after her husband ran out."
[17:43] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): Did your sister ever tell you were she got the money to buy the Ring on her finger?
[17:43] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "I'm sure she would be wearing her wedding ring."
[17:44] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): "nods"
[17:46] DJ Paw-Florentino (smith.pawpad): ok Ma'am thank you for coming in. and sorry about  breaking the news this way to you. you should know that your bother in law's brother also confirmed his Identity at the morgue. if we need anything else. we will let you know.
[17:47] Kasi Le Queue (pistachiofluff): "ummmm sure." Feeling off balance by the news.
