ok extended tutorial, please report back if everything works, i hope i didn't accidentally skip a step:
>install mitmproxy
>go to the directory where mitmproxy is installed
>click top left "File" and then open powershell
>leave that window open for later
>go to https://github.com/woltapp/mitmproxy-mock
>click on the green button "Code" and then download as zip
>download this file:

>excract both into the folder where mitmproxy is
>excract it in a way that all files are in the same only new subdirectory should be config
>all files in the same location? mitmproxy.exe mitmweb.exe genshin.json mydata moxy.py ?
>open the powershell and run this command:
>mitmdump.exe -s ./moxy.py --set mock=genshin.json
>open internet explorer (yes, IE, not firefox, not chrome)
>click settings icon top right
>internet options -> Connections -> LAN settings ->
>check use proxy server
>type 127.0.0.1 and port 8080
>press OK and OK, close settings
>type following url in IE:
>mitm.it
>click on windows and download the file
>double click on file
>Certificate Import Wizard opens
>click next
>click next
>leave password empty
>click next
>select Place all certificates in following store:
>Trusted Root Certificate Authorities
>click OK, click next
>click finish
>now test if everything works
>got to https://www.test.com/query_region_list with internet Explorer
