Ashe Matchup:

Summoners:
- High Elo: Flash Ghost/Teleport
- Mid Elo: Flash Ghost/Teleport
- Low Elo: Flash Ghost/Teleport

Runes and Build:
- High Elo: Scaling Predator (Unflinching)
- Mid Elo: Scaling Predator (Unflinching)
- Low Elo: Scaling Predator (Unflinching)

Why?:
- High Elo: Literally one of the worst matchups for Garen, she perma slows your ass and if she has Lethal Tempo, and is insane at kiting, GGWP. Predator is helpful to get on top of her, ghost can be used the same only if you are confident, else take Teleport to scale.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

How to win?:
- High Elo: Use bushes or flank her in your own lane. Pretend to have left lane for a roam and then go around through river, and Predator in to charge her. This is a much easier strategy due to her not expecting you to come from the side and will have less time to react or be in a worse position for kiting, making kiting back to tower a lot harder.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

General Tips:
Charge her the second you see her waste her W on the wave, if you're hiding in river or in lane, as that means she has one less tool to slow you with and has to resort to pure auto attacks to try and slow you.
Ashe's autos deal little to no damage on their own but repetitive fire will tickle you to death making cloth armor start actually viable as she won't be able to deal any damage since level 1.

Starting Item:
- High Elo: Doran's Shield or Boots or Cloth Armor
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo
- All Elos: Make sure to stock up on potions every back, don't bother with refillable as it'll heal only 125HP compared to health potions that heal 150HP, even though refillable always refills each back. You only get 2 refillable potions compared to health potions where you can get a max of 5.
