On the way, Rowurke indeed explains it - the Gym is a mock-up set of classrooms. Rowurke's Pokemon will be in there, and you'll have to find and collect four tiny glass sculptures and bring them back to Rowurke, all at once. They're extremely fragile, so don't get hit or fall over or anything while you're carring 'em. You need two hand over at least two intact to Rowurke to pass - you have to GET all four, but up to two can break. You'll get less money though.
