CCPD Facebook Page crap (Furby)

[4:32 PM] <Philly>: it was an idea I had, and it was intended for someone else to make it, but David told me to just do it so I did
[4:32 PM] Furby: awesome  OK... that was really my only question, was to make sure you'd gotten permission to do so and use the Cedar Creek logos and name etc

[6:05 PM] Furby: Hey forgot to say (and evidently David forgot too), you need to add at least one of the CC Admins as Admin to the FB page  (david, rei, or tom preferably)
[6:09 PM] <Philly>: I wanted to make one of ya'll the owner of it and he said don't worry about it so thats kinda confusing
[6:10 PM] <Philly>: literally I just asked why the PD and FD didn't have facebook pages... never really wanted to have control of it at all so yeah idk why it's an issue all of the sudden

[6:11 PM] Furby: IDK, sometimes David just says stuff and don't even remember to be honest.  But I know it is supposed to be one of our prerequisites if someone else starts a FB page that is approved, at least one of the Admins has to be made an Admin of the FB page
[6:12 PM] <Philly>: well then one of you guys needs to be the owner because I have 100 other more important things to worry about then if I am breaking some policy by doing something the owner of the sims told me to do

[6:12 PM] Furby: I can totally see where you would be aggravated, and  I don't know why things are going outside of the protocols to begin with.  I guess we'll have to discuss it further in our next Admin meeting

[6:13 PM] <Philly>: the curious thing about it is did anyone say anything to David about this, or did you just see the page and decide to message me about it
[6:15 PM] Furby: David was on a short hiatus last week, and it came up in our Admin meeting.  As IC Depts overseer, it is within my realm to find out about it.  Neither Rei, or Tom or I knew anything about it, or that it had been discussed.  So I was tasked with asking if you'd discussed it with anyone and gotten permission (as per our covenant) to use the CC name and/or logo.  And I was supposed to make sure that (as per how we agree on allowing a CC facebook, one of our admins are an admin on the page, on the off chance that something happens to the person who set it up, the FB page can continue
[6:16 PM] Furby: I forgot to mention that earlier (got distracted with cleaning for tonight) and then remembered when I sat back down
