I first encountered this guy in Purjola where I ninjaed his Guristas Vigil site but I also noticed he have an activate-able kill right which costed 100M, so I was reluctant about it. So since Purjola was clear of other sites, I warped to Reisen and noticed he's on gate too, I decided I check his killboard to see how good he's at PvP and realized he only have losses and he already lost 2 shiny Navy Caracal before so I decided to go for it. While scanning Reisen I droped my mobile depot and switched the code breaker on my Gila for a Warp Disruptor II and I found a Guristas Scout Outpost, and it was obious that he will be there. First room was all cleared except for 5-6 frig when I arrived so I had to overheat my AB to catch up to the next gate. Didn't managed the ninja the site by about him looting the can 5KM ahead of me, but I activated kill right on him and in the exact split second he warped to station and docked.

So 15 min goes by while he waits for his suspect status to drop in station and I'm thinking meanwhile: he were sure with me in purjola, then this thing happend in reisen, there is 1 way he can continue his path and it's through ikami. So instead of trying again with my gila I refit my Macha for pvp and set up camp on the reisen gate in Ikami. He warps before I can lock him. But I do not give up and follow him through hampinen cause thats the one way out toward the rest of HS. But I arrive late and there is 2 possible way he could have gone. I decide to go with the one that leads to Jita. So we are in Jakanerva he's on gate, 28KM away with probes out. I decide to overheat MWD and approach him, plan to activate kill right as soon as I'm in webing range, he's locked, and just as I hit activate killright (at this point for a second 100m activation fee) he hits warp quicker then I can hit F2 for my point (NEVER web a potential target before putting a point on him kids, let me be the bad example).

At this point my palm was leaving an imprint on my face due to my own incompetency, I was sure he aren't going to stop until Jita. and he have a whole 1 AU/S better warp speed than me. But I did not gave up, and then a miracle happend: one jump away he did the exact same thing stopping and scanning WHILE he were suspect flagged, and I even landed 6KM from him right in point and web range so it was quick from there.

So for the 2*100M I spent on kill right activation I got roughly 350M worth of drop and a shiny 1bill kill mail. No regrets.
