  6. Hello,
  7.
  8.
  9. We unblocked your account, but you are in violation of our ToS #4. You are required to update W9 form within 3 days with true and accurate information, otherwise your account will be terminated and earnings revoked.
  10.
  11. All accounts deleted for violating our ToS will permanently remain closed and can not be reinstated.
  12.
  13. You can avoid account suspension by complying and updating the form.
  14.
  15. STEP #1. Please be advised that you are required by U.S Tax Law to fill out W9 form. The purpose of this form is to certify that you are a U.S resident and that you are receiving commission payments from ShareCash LLC as an independent contractor. At the end of this tax year, if your payments are $600 or more, we will send you a 1099MISC form, which will show the total amount earned. The data you enter is stored on our secure servers and for extra safety your Social Security number is encrypted.
  16.
  17. STEP #2. After you submit W9 form, please log into your ShareCash account and update your Profile - name & address to be exactly the same with W9 form including Zip Code. Failure to update your Profile in full will result in payment delay or account suspension.
