  1. The FAYZ (Fallout Alley Youth Zone)
  2.
  3. You all begin in a small school called Coates Academy, located in a remote place of California. If there were a map, the center would be a nuclear power plant that suffered an accident several years ago. Fortunately, to the knowledge of most citizens, the residue caused by the accident wasn't a problem and was cleaned up with no serious harm to the surrounding area. Coates Academy -- where you guys are starting, is where troubled youth are sent as a form of punishment in a private schooling facility. Or alternatively, where the rich will send their star children.
  4.
  5. The rest of the map is a decent stretch of land, with a large highway running close to the coast with the nuclear plant in found in the center. At the northern end, the highway winds straight through the valley of a small mountain range which happens to be within the nearby national park.
  6.
  7. Near the end of the highway is Perdido Beach, which is mostly taken up by houses for residential purposes. In the lower region of Perdido Beach are shops and freshly built structures that were never properly furnished or bought after the nuclear problem had given the entire area the nickname of 'Fallout Alley'. Among the former stores found here is a large super market at the edge of the city called Ralph's Grocer, A McDonald, A club, Church, Town Hall, and Police station; all of which are clustered together around the Town Plaza in the middle of the city.
  8.
  9. Finally, a few miles down the highway from Perdido is Coates Academy, a private school for either troubled teens or 'gifted scholars'. Its campus is less than a quarter of the Perdido Beach Area. Within its walled grounds are six large buildings, three for boarding, one for staff and teachers, one containing a nursery for staff and kids grades pre-5, and the largest for grades 6-12. The only way in and out of campus is through a gate controlled by two watch towers at each side. The campus as a whole is shaped like a crooked oval with a large space consisting of picnic tables, and a fountain found in the middle of the courtyard. Vending machines line the buildings while the staff and teacher housings are finely furnished. Other than these there are several buildings on campus squeezed between the aforementioned ones; including an Auditorium, Gym, Cafeteria, and Deputy shack. There are two infirmary's on campus, found in both the largest building and nursery.
  10.
  11. Other than the aforementioned areas, there's a forest, desert, and air force base.
