According to numerous sources, Blood could be the equivalent of pacts, truces, and bonds. An Heir literally becomes their aspect, and can use their aspect to its fullest potential.
A good Heir of Blood could use the relationships they'd made quite decisively, although if someone manages to figure out this tactic, the Heir will have to get them to calm down.

maroon Terezi - Seer of Doom
People theorize that Doom is the equivalent of fate, and the direct opposite of Light, which deals in fortune and luck. A Seer sees their aspect, and sees the machinations of it.
A Seer might be able to predict their own fate, as well as that of others. However, like a fortune-teller, they might have to be vague, for even fate changes at different points in time.

brown Vriska - Knight of Life
A Knight exploits their aspect for their uses, while Life is just...Life.
A Knight of Life would be able to exploit its power in order to stay alive longer, a la Jane's little revival. They might also be able to heal others, like a typical D&D Paladin and Lay on Hands.

yellow Equius - Prince of Space
A Prince uses their aspect to destroy, as well as destroys their aspect. Space is Space.
A Prince of Space may be able to use their aspect to shrink their opponents to nothingness, teleport them out to a random location, or even distort the opponents to where they can't function. On the other hand, the Prince might destroy universes, planets, and other such things.

olive Gamzee - Rogue of Void
A Rogue is theorized to take their aspect and give it to others. Void is speculated to deal with hidden knowledge, and theorized to be the counterpart of Mind.
A Rogue of Void could take knowledge hidden by/from others and use it to aid their teammates, whether it be by giving them that knowledge or using that knowledge to save them from an unknown threat.

jade Eridan - Mage of Time
A Mage of theorized to be a catalyst, one who is influenced by their aspect. Time is Time.
A Mage of Time might not have a steady compass because Time influences them, forcing them to rely on it in an attempt to weave it for their uses. An ascended Mage may be very proficient in time powers, being able to scope out how influencing a certain point in time may help them.

teal Feferi - Maid of Rage
A Maid serves their aspect, as well as using their aspect to serve their team. Rage is defined as the literal rage inside oneself, and speculated to be related to broken pacts and bonds.
A Maid of Rage serves their own rage, although they can also serve to break pacts and keep them broken, and may even use these pacts to aid their team.

azure Karkat - Thief of Heart
A Thief takes others aspects and uses it for their own benefits. Heart refers to the emotions and soul.
The Thief of Heart may take aspects of others' emotions and souls in order to use it for themselves. Aggressiveness can be channeled for their own use, as well as calm and other such emotions.

blue Aradia - Witch of Mind
A Witch controls and manipulates their aspect. Mind refers to the mind itself.
The Witch of Mind can use their powers to gain full access into another's mind, even using mind control and other such things on others.
