   How to use AT9000MK2 with mofa visa activex component?
    Tested on winxp sp3 + IE8, win7 64 + IE11.

    ActiveX component from MOFA VEEEEYYYYY BUGLY!!! 2 day i have tryed to get it work!!!

    NO instruction! No any info! No support! Nо clean uninstall!!!

 How install AT9000MK2

    Download   AT9000MK2 driver 3.1.14.1 http://rte.ftpstream.com/?lid=v82bvs0e#
    (Why PassportReader ActiveX work only with 3.1.14.1 ?)
    Install it to C:\. DONT install it in Programm Files! ( Otherwise PassportReader install your  crazy 3M folder in Programm Files(x86)\3m\3.1.14.1 want you it or not )
    Оpen IE and allow in setting  all dangerous activeX activity. Restart IE.
    Open 3M Reader Expo now with MRZ setting.Read passport. Make sure it works. Do nоt eject passport from scanner. Close Reader Expo.
    Open https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/Hajj/Login and login.
    And go to https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/Hajj/addHajjVisa . Wait.
    PassportReader ActiveX  install, didnt find 3M in program files and ask you WHERE 3M folder? Choose C:/3M
    Now you will see menu with scanners. Choose AT9000MK2. Now "_PassReaderControlSetting.dat" will be created. You will need to delete it if you want to choose another scanner.
    https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/Hajj/addHajjVisa connect to your AT9000MK2 1s at times. If no alert "undefind" activeX component install correctly and should work with AT9000MK2
