Any%/96 shine runs

Because my 96 shine and any% routes are the same up to Pianta 5, I will be doing any%/96 shine speedruns. I will have 2 instances of livesplit open and will use global hotkeys to control both at the same time.

After Pianta 5, if I am ahead of my any% PB, I will do an any% run, and if I am behind it I will do a 96 shine run. This will cut down on the heavy resetting I have to do to get good RNG for any%. My PB has early cycle so I expect the majority of these runs to be 96 shines, but if they are faster than my PB, it makes sense to me to audible to any% as it is a more competitive category.

This requires a small change to the 96 shine route which is doing the beach shine late in the run instead of first. This loses half a second in 96 shines. There are no changes to the any% route.
