  1. The changelog is divided into 4 parts, as some things are still being discussed, added and experimented with.

  3. PART 1 of 4 - MAP
  4.  
  5. Maps in the rotation will now have their own names.
  6. 1 - Golden River
  7. 2 - Lonesome Streets
  8. 3 - Hungry Burrows (new one)

  11. THIRD FORTRESS
  12. A horrorhole that grew on the ruins of a mutilated facility: the new Ravenheart is a return to the original LFWB approach.
  13. It is dark, tangled and unfriendly as it's meant to be, with opportunities to get lost or be stabbed in a poorly lit hallway.
  14. This time it again will have two main levels, higher and upper.
  15. Unlike previous maps with similar approach, both levels will be large, with many ways between them, and no noble/smerd segregation.

  17. MAP-SPECIFIC CHANGES
  18. - Train station is now outside the gates, and will be connected to the village through an underpass.
  19. - The transfer train station (where the passenger minitrain is coming from) is moved to the south of the caves.
  20. - The passenger minitrain will move according to it's schedule (every 10 minutes, starting 10:05).
  21. - Inquisition will arrive on its own armored train. It will serve as it's base of operations.
  22. - Both trains will move through the caves instead of teleporting from technical levels.
  23. - Railroads will allow to easily navigate the caves on foot, but will become a perfect place for a bandit ambush.
  24. - There won't be an allocated Undertown, only some underground passsages.
  25. - Player bums will find themselves in these passages, not on a train station.
  26. - The streets would be devoid of automatic bums.
  27. - It's now Meister's turn to oversee the captives in his spare time. May his wisdom pry the secrets from them.
  28. - Several Ravenhearters will have small workhouses in the warehouse area of the fortress. Including: Fisher, Tanner, Trader and Znamak.
  29. - Poorhouse was moved from the Church to Consyte's supervision.
  30. - Brothel will have a Girls Room for Amusers and a separate room for gambling.
  31. - All residences will be moved into a single building with a shared kitchen.
  32. - Merchant will again have a barge arriving at his harbor, instead of a train.

  34. TEMPORARY DRAWBACKS
  35. - Third OS13 is still under construction.
  36. - Same with TNC Ruins.
  37. - Possible tons of unforseen bugs relяted to BYOND's transition from ANSI to UTF-8

  39. PART 2 of 4 - PLAYERBASE IMPROVEMENTS

  41. Ruzone standards will start to apply to Interzone's playerbase, employing the same approach and requirements to improve it's quality.
  42. Good players are encouraged to participate through donoses and leading by example of playing in cunning, cruel and inventive ways, and will be rewarded with much better game experience in the future.

  44. #1923 COMRADELIST CHANGES
  45. S1 comradelist management has been taken away from SodaDog.
  46. The new manager will remain anonymous and cleansings will follow.

  48. #2422 COMRADELIST ADDED
  49. It is based on S1's list but is separate. Shroomhead is trusted to manage it.
  50. However, some exclusions will happen on both servers, these cannot be reversed by him.

  52. PIGPEN
  53. The minimal access level was rebranded from "Vermin" to good old "Pig".

  55. EVIL IS MANDATORY
  56. Removed "Be Antagonist" from all Comrades of Interzone. Every one of them is a possible antagonist now.
  57. Of course, there are players who can't handle playing antagonists, not interested in it, or are just too passive - and they should never have a rank above Pig.

  59. HOSPITABLE TIMES
  60. Servers no longer accept unknown players, even if they have old accounts. On Ruzone, there's a new "invite" command for Comrade-access players.
  61. It will become available on Interzone after whitelist optimization is complete. Only S1/S2 Sheriffs are able to use it for now.

  63. FORTRESS FIRST
  64. Percentage of skipped round starts will now be counted.
  65. Those who rarely declare ready and mostly ignore the core game will lose the ability to join before a round begins. They are free to join afterwards if there's a slot available.
  66. Using "Hide role" option will not be counted as skipping a round.

  68. FREQUENTLY REPORTED ISSUES
  69. Issue: "Chromosomes make people act like they have an extra chromosome. Remove this system immediately!"
  70. Solution: Revealing bad players and gamey gamers is one of its benefits. Donos them.

  72. Issue: "Some cerberus is a boring fraggot who just wrenches heads regardless of a crime and Baron's will. A lot of interzone cerberi are like that."
  73. Solution: Donos them. Low-effort players should not have Comrade access.

  75. Issue: "Players doze off when they're caught, interrogated or whenever they find themselves at some disadvantageous position."
  76. Solution: Donos them without mercy.

  78. Issue: "I was KILLED in lfwb and now I feel terrible."
  79. Solution: Keep it to yourself.

  81. Issue: "I made a Donos to Sheriff via a private message and measures were not taken."
  82. Solution: You might as well throw your report straight into a garbage bin. The only correct way to donos is described in FAQ.
  83. You may now repost your previous donoses from PMs to Puppeteer, even if they're outdated. The rest of the break is a perfect time to sort them out.
