[Chapter 6-Summer and Raven]

Rose Mansion, located in the boundaries of Windmire, the capital of Nohr. This mansion belongs to the Rose family..one of Nohr's oldest and most influential bloodlines. Thanks to them, the nation of Nohr have them to thank for the advancement of modern medicine...And it helps that they have a lot of powerful breeders within their lineage.

However, tragedy struck the current family years ago..while driving from one of the restaurants in Windmire...Ursula and Seymour Rose got into a brutal car accident that claimed the latter's life...Ursula would had died from her wounds as well had it not been for a  hooker who was nearby..

Her name? Velvet Branwen..the mother of Raven Branwen.

Now Velvet was NOT a good woman nor was she a good mom...constantly she would bring home men to have sex while Raven was in her room reading books well above her age of 13..She would stay in her room for the most part due to her mom abusing her and often neglecting her, forcing the young girl to go out to the streets of the capital and dig through trash for garbage to eat..

This coupled with Velvet's terrible skills at being a decent person made Raven who she is today..

Now, why would Velvet save Ursula?...Cause she wasn't...she was trying to rob her blind..but Ursula woke up and mistaken her for trying to save her rather than rob her..and told her she owed her anything in life...

Now had Velvet been smart, she would had asked for money right there and Raven and Summer(Who was 12 at the time) would never meet...But she is a dumb thot.

So she kept that promise in mind until she caught a sickness(That she could had cured for free cause of the favor.but dumb thot)
and was dying from it..so in her last act and a very shocking move for her...she sent Raven off to the Roses so she can get a better life.
Raven went along with the act, but not cause of respect for her mom..but the opposite...she wanna prove to her and everyone else that she can and WILL be better than everyone..the nobles, the royals...everyone..and with this mindset...brewed one of the most sociopathic women in Nohr's history.

Now Summer was a very sweet and somewhat spoiled girl who was still mourning the death of her father when Ursula adopted Raven...happy that she was getting an older sister, Summer thought that maybe the 2 of them would be best friends for life and have each other's back...

She was wrong...dead wrong...
Raven proved to be a very conniving and mean lil girl to her younger step-sister in order to prove that she should be the new heiress to the Rose Fortune..Stealing her toys, getting better grades, making her feel isolated from her peers...Everything against Summer was done to make her feel worse and worse...

...But then one day Summer snapped, found Raven in the middle of the road on their way home at night..and proceed to beat the shit out of Raven intensely with a branch, rocks, her own fists, and even her bookbag..months of being bullied coming out on Raven...She was rushed to the hospital where she lied about her injuries..claiming she was attacked by some ruffians who she turned down.(She actually just threw 3 of her random goons under the bus and they went to jail and was executed..)

Raven couldn't lived with the fact that had she turned Summer in, she would admit that Summer whooped her ass..and that wasn't gonna fly with her...so as she recovered and went home..she went a different route.

In the public, she would be nice and sweet to Summer while plotting against her..Summer caught on and went with it if only to make sure she can be on guard with the older child...and as they grew up to beautiful ladies and start training monsters...

Neither one wanted to lose to each other
And so, in the current time..we see that thanks to timezones, it's morning at Windmire as Raven is swimming in her pool doing her morning exercises as her Lilim(Pixie/Joker), Jezebel, is in their training room dodging dodgeballs for her speed..Raven stop swimming and get out of the pool and head to her chair where her phone is at...streaming the finals of the Artemis Cup. She arrives in time to witness Hilbert laying the smack down on Solomon with Machine-Gun.

"Heh, as I thought...Belkut would lose against him. That fool fell for my trap easily..."

It was a simple plan, thanks to her being 'friends' with Rinea(She really couldn't respect someone as spineless as her) and speaking about Jalen..Belkut would bite on the bait and head over to Ylisstol to challenge him. Therefore giving her the VODs to get some new data on Jalen so she will be prepared for him.

Done with swimming, she takes a towel to dry herself off and leave the pool room in the Rose Manor and head to the training room to check on her monster.

Jezebel, a Lilim with white hair that hang before her head like bangs which hides her purple eyes, her body covered for the most part except for her tits and stomach with black/red fur as she spouts devil wings and a pair of horns on her head with a devil tail, flies around the room in a blur as she avoids the dodge balls...She's so focused on the training, she fail to notice that the doors was opened up by Raven as she look up..

"Machine! Off!.." The machine that throws the dodgeballs whirls down and shut off as Jezebel look down and nods at her trainer. "Jezebel, take a 45 min break before you go to the Stonehenges for your Intelligence training..." The Lilim nods again as she floats down and walk towards her trainer, coming up to the 5'7 brunette's lower stomach as she then walk out of the room.

Raven closes the door behind her as she head to her room to dress up(She was walking around this whole time in her swimsuit with her nice body in display), as she head towards her room, she greets many butlers and maids before she arrive in her room. She enters the room that have a queen sized bed, a red/black color motif with the carpeted floor, curtains, and other stuff matching it.

"...What to wear..." She head to her closet and pull out a regular clothing consisting of a yellow jacket, blue shirt and blue jeans with yellow/white Nike sneakers on..Satisfied with her looks, she put on her red bandanna and tie her hair up with it, having a long pony tail from it and leave her room. As she head down the hallway and down the stairs...who else to enter the manor she shares with than Summer Rose and her Mocchi, Bloom. Summer is wearing her white hoodie that hides her black hair with pink highlights with green jeans on and combat boots.

What was once a timid and shy lil princess has harden to a battle-seasoned warrior who doesn't back down from anyone...for the most part. She can still be quite passive and shy to new people...but towards Raven..her step-sister, her rival...no...her enemy...

There's no such thing as love behind closed doors..

"Where are you going?" Summer speaks up as Raven slowly walk down the stairs towards her, her shoes sounding off each time she step down as Bloom stand besides her trainer with a calm look. Raven flips her hair as she arrive on the 1st floor where Summer's at and stand some distance away from her..

"That's none of your business, sister..." She spats the last word with such venom, one would think she had turned to a Naga and used Poison Gas..Nevertheless, Summer does not flinch and press on with another question. "You may not had known nor care, but one of our colleagues, Berkut Branch, have recently lost in a tourney in Ylisstol to a man named Jalen Faraday..."

Raven walk up past Summer trying to past her with a smirk that makes Summer feel uneasy.. "Oh, is that so?"

"...You know of it.."

The younger step-sister catches on quickly as she reach out and rest a hand on Raven's shoulder..making the older step sister widen her eyes in sheer anger as she turn around and glare at her, Summer still not flinching while Bloom sweats with slight fear..


"Why the hell do you have your hand on me?, Why the fuck do you care where I go now?!?"
"Because on my way here after winning the Emerald Bowl, Mother texted me and told me to tell you that she want us to go out to lunch in about 2 hours from now after she come home from Hoshido..."

An very intense glaring session ensues between the ladies while Bloom sweats more and more...eventually Raven shakes Summer's hand off of her shoulder and scoffs as she head out.

"I'll be back 30 mins before we need to go..." And she slams the door harshly, letting both Summer and Bloom let out a breath of air they were hiding..

"Boy, just talking to Raven can really drain the mood, huh?" She smiles at her monster who nods with a smile back, wiping the sweat off of her forehead...

"Well, let's go to the kitchen..we gotta celebrate our victory, buddy!" A loud 'Chi!" comes out of Bloom as they head towards the kitchen..

Meanwhile, with Raven...as she drives in her car.she have just texted to Diego and Beruka to meet her up at Denny's for lunch...she drives in the capital of Nohr, Windmire and make her way to the restaurant...she walk out of her car and greet the civilians in her public persona-That of a kind and sociable woman- with wide smiles..hiding her inner disgust at being such a nice person.

She walks in and buy a table for 3 and is directed to the back...she sit down and thank the waitress as she waits for the other two...The 1st to arrive is a blonde male at 5'9 and is pretty built like a jock..instantly all of the females swoon over him(Including the workers) as he is wearing nice clothing on with his hair combed back to a long mullet. He look over and nod at Raven's direction as he approaches her and sit down across from her. Diego "Dio" Brando knows better to assume that Raven just wanted to talk...if she call you, then she usually have some news to spill..and you're best listen to her...however much it hurts his pride to do so.
"Raven Branwen...to what do I owe the pleasure of being here with you?" Raven hold a finger up with a calm look. "I'll wait until our other friend come here..." And almost instantly, a light blue haired girl at 5'3 height walks in with raggedy clothing, a patched up hoodie, dirty jeans and a worned out headband....despite this,, she eludes an air of sheer intimidation as she walk past the shivering waitress and make her way to sit down next to Diego and look at Raven with a stern glare..

"...."
"..........Heh.." Raven smirks and hold her arms out in a shrugging manner. "And a good afternoon to you too, Beruka..."
"Now.." Diego speaks up, wanting to get down to business... "Why are we hear? We're not just dining together to catch up, correct?"

"Of course not.." Raven have a small amount of respect for Diego, they both crave for power..but whereas Raven wants the whole world...all Diego wants is the crown of Nohr for his own reasons...it's a bit too small for Raven's taste..but a goal is a goal...She hold her phone out with today's results from all tourneys around the world. "Our good 'friend' Belkut has lost in Ylisstol...to one of their premier trainers no less.."

"Ah..." Diego leans in his chair and fold his arms before his chest.. "I see Berkut haven't changed much then...always biting off more than he chew...."

"...Weak." Beruka offers her thoughts on the manner as the waiter comes and give them glasses of water to drink and leave.

"It wasn't like I expected him to win..." Raven shrugs with her smirk still on her face... "He was merely a test dummy for the real prize.."She turn the pics in her phone to show a Jalen smiling as he hold a trophy up with Hilbert jumping behind him. "THIS...is what I was looking at.."

"...Why him?" Diego asked for both him and Beruka who's not interested..  "No reason, I'm simply interested in him..."

"....You call me here for that?!?"
".....lame."

As Diego scowls and gets up, Raven put her phone up and smirks with her eyes closed. "Are you scared that you may be weaker than him?"

Diego instantly pause in his stance... "Care to repeat that, Branwen..?." his voice oozes with hatred...he HATES being looked down on...

"It's rather simple...I want him to compete in an Official Rank C Cup here in Nohr where you shall compete in the same thing..there, you two shall fight..." She count down in her head from 3 for his outburst...3....2....1...the sound of a hand smacking the table make her chuckles...so easily manipulated..

"How dare you imply that some low-blood Ylissian trash is on the same level as I, Diego Brando!!" He seethed at her while Beruka merely stare at the other people to make them look away..

"Then are you gonna prove me wrong?" Raven open one eye up..Diego clenches his fist before her, his pride hurt.
"Diewelt will make sure that his Hare will never fight again..." And with that, Diego stomps out of Denny's...leaving the two girls behind..as Raven smirks while Beruka shake her head...

"Dummy..."

"Yes, yes...most males are like that...you either stroke their ego, or their dicks.." She makes a crude gesture in a handjob manner.. "And they become putty in your hands.."

Beruka nods..

"Why Jalen?"
Raven leans forward and lock her hands together as she look at Beruka who don't flinch..the latter utterly loyal to her...

"Every Empress needs an Emperor to rule the world with..and whether he likes it or not..." She slam a knife on the table, making it crack a bit as she have a small smile hiding her evilness...

"Jalen's my emperor..."
