You're a PRT squaddie, in it for the good benefits. You're based in a quiet city, not much cape stuff going on. Easy, you think. Until you're squad's put on loan to a city were some cape is going around eating people and turning into them, hoping the added firepower will lead to the end of the crisis. Unfortunately, things spiral out of control in the new city, and soon 25% of the town's a disaster zone. You and your squad are sent to provide backup to the capes and contain the fires. Just as you're given leave to evacuate, some asshole cape surrounds you and your squad captain with a weird wispy Breaker form or Master minions. They're immune to any physical attacks you dish out, and they attack the both of you. You're gonna die, you'regonnadieyou'regonnadieyou'regonnadie. Your anxiety fixes on those three word, and your thoughts stall as you repeat them over and over. The anxiety prevents you from giving up and accepting your fate, though, so you desperately swings your foam launcher at one of the wisps. It goes straight through it. Trigger.
