hi, hopefully these step by step notes makes it easy to understand how to do this strat

note that when I shoot the first pirate twice, he skips throwing the shit to the right, so he jumps faster

the carets point to the visual cues/spots on the ground you want to hit to make everything go smoothly

in order they go:

blue
green
blue
yellow
red
purple



the breakdown is something like this:

shoot once at the pirate upon landing to manipulate faster pattern
hitbox him and hold charge
hit BLUE and wait for him to turn then
hit GREEN and wait for the second pirate to throw shit at you, let it hit you for invuln frames for what's next
hit BLUE, wait split second
hit YELLOW, turn right, wait til pirate kicks other pirate in the face, release charge shot THEN start running and holding charge
hit RED and immediately start running left
release charge shot upon passing PURPLE
