Backstory:
Is this thing on? Hello? *Tapping can be heard, slowly stopping as the man behind the tape coughs*. Ah, there we go. My name? My name is Viktor Novigrad, fifty four years old, born in the city of Kostroma. Or more on the outskirts of such. Not a very interesting story, but my family was rather poor. Attended public school, had decent friends.
However, once I reached college, I was approached by a rather handsome man by the name of Lowisky Bronn. A male working for a small time Russian fashion model agency. I was offered a job, and accepted it. Who would not want to be a model? So, I dropped out of college, and worked for Mr.Bronn. That time in my life, I felt alive, I felt li-*A vocoded voice groaning can be heard in the tape, and some unknown words spoken by the unknown voice afterwards.*
Y-Yes, of course sir. So, the Union. Sadly, Mr.Bronn fell to one of those horrific creatures that came from the portals, he was not here to see the Glory of the Union. Same with my parents, although I don't really know for sure. They might have es-gah, sorry I am doing it again. *A grunt can be heard, as well as a sliding of some metal on metal.*
I did everything for the Union, I worked my life for them. Over these years, I have dedicated my life to stopping anti-civil activity. I have seen what gangs can do to a community first hand, and I want to be a part in changing how the community fights against these criminals and terrorists.
That is what I am here to offer. My skills and gratification for the Union to teach those un-educated about what the Union can do for them, and what those terrorists will do to them of they do not co-operate.
