Idea Paste! (edit: July 6)

Random Idea's I've come up with over time. Maybe some ideas other people posted that I liked but nobody did anything with.
Some of these I've considered writing myself, and still might, but anybody out there can feel free to take any of these.
Also feel free to make any changes to what I have here if anybody wants to take something.



Staying The Course (couldn't think of a good name)

Anon appears in Equestria
He knows and loves the show, but he hates all kinds of fan-fic and anything related
He expects everything in Equestria to be 100% canon
He quickly finds out that many things are different, and before the next season starts, he needs to fix everything
There could be a ship between Rainbow and Pinkie that he needs to break up, maybe one of the other mane6 starts to fall for Anon- whatever the writer comes up with. Eventually he picks up on it, and maybe has some feels for her too but he can't let anything happen because it wont be canon.
There needs to be a ton of other little things that are out of place, and maybe some major ones.
Maybe toward the end he becomes conflicted, with feels or whatever, and ponies try to convince him that his very existence in Equestria probably isn't canon and that he needs to forget about it all
With this disturbing realization, Anon does what he can to set everything straight than has to figure out what to do with himself




Beards in Time
(I've already started this story and it's on this pastebin. However I don't think I'll be doing anything more with it. Anybody can take this if they want, rather they continue what I have or start fresh just based on the concept)

I'd like to have this story done in two parts.
1: One-shots where Anon has adventures through time with Star Swirl the Bearded, from their home in a wizard tower, far in the past before the time in which the show takes place.
2: An actual storyline that begins with Anon going to the future, which is supposed to be forbidden to them. He goes to investigate another pony that used Star Swirl's time travel spell, which turns out to be Twilight Sparkle. Read the bits I've already written for details, or do what you want.



Something Random
That's the title of one of my pastes
Basically Anon develops intelligence as a sperm inside his father's sac for a couple decades
Eventually he decides the time has come, and he leaves when the father is having sex
Some shit happens on his way through, but he makes it to the womb
When he's born, he retains his intelligence and at least some memories (maybe he can't speak yet?) but he realizes he just came out of a pony, in a hospital full of... ponies
I have a paste of an intro to this but I'm not touching it. Feel free to take it.




Unnamed (Bounty Hunter)

Anon brings electronics/computers/firearms to Equestria
Somehow ends up with Minotaur early on
Over time the tech gets reverse-engineered and Anon is put into position of power
Minotaur and Griffon have good relations, share tech and weaponry
They share electronic tech with ponies and others
Weaponry they keep amongst themselves and Celestia/ponies dont like it
Some rogue groups of minotaur/griffon sell weapons to ponies/others so they do get some for themselves
Anon is sent on some kind of diplomatic mission to Canterlot

Celestia ends up being Chrysalis but isn't revealed until late
Without getting full support from Minotaur/Griffon, she decides to stage a war-
Anon and whatever group/contingent he has, few ponies, Iron Will, etc., are set-up with an attack
Minotaur/Griffon knew Anon and his group couldn't be responsible, 'Celestia' starts a war
She figures if she takes control of the other races she would receive more love and shit

Honestly there's a lot of issues with this...
Just some how make Anon and his group set-up then on the run
Being hunted by bounty hunters, every guard and authority in Equestria on the look out for them
They quest to clear their names and bring the real details to light
Eventually they would reveal Celestia as Chrysalis then all becomes clear

OTHER IDEA

Anon is a bounty hunter, from a sci-fi setting, maybe star wars, doesnt matter
Ends up in Equestria for whatever reason, is brought before Celestia
They discuss things, he says what he does, etc
He is sent to stay with Twilight, learn things about this world and she can learn things about him and his world
A few days or whatever pass and Celestia offers Anon a job to suit his profession
He would go with some ponies (including Shining Armor, maybe Amethest Star, etc) to do some recon on the Changelings
Maybe Anon speaks directly with Chrysalis, she says she just wants a truce and acceptance for her hive so they can live healhy, without poverty, etc.
Some events happen, maybe she comes to Canterlot for truce talks or something
At some point Chrysalis takes over Celestia
Things go south somewhere and Anon is set-up, becomes hunted, every authority on the look-out for him, etc.



Schizophrenia Anon

Anon is a schizo
Maybe the story swaps PoV's between him and other ponies
Modeled from Jim Carrey in "Me, Myself, and Irene"
Normal Anon is a fairly normal person
His other side comes out whenever things piss him off or get on his nerves, just whatever causes him to snap which isn't hard at all
But getting him back to his normal self proves difficult
His bad side makes Anon kind of a dick, but he could still get along with some ponies
However he might be much more interested in sex, and causing trouble
If/when he tries to start a fight or something, he always just fucks up and ends up hurting or embarrassing himself, afterward he smugly tries to cover for himself
I dunno I think it would be funny



One-Shot idea

Main p0ny is Lyra or maybe Trixie
PoV will mostly be from her but switch to Anon a bit
Basically she fucks up a spell and all of her limbs, head, body, and vagina separate from each other and spread out around Ponyville
She still has feeling in everything
Anon ends up with her vagina, thinking it was a gift from Pinkie Pie or something to get him to practice a bit by himself and let loose a little, drop that species barrier or something
Randomly before the main pony gets far in her search, Anon starts fucking his new toy (but not before feeling it a bit with his fingers)
She feels it and orgasms like mad but can't do anything about it
During her search she appears at his house and informs him of the situation (she would be getting help from another pony like Twilight)
He kinda freaks out for a bit then says he hasn't seen anything and he'll help her search soon when he's done with some business
Before main pony gets away from Anon's house, he starts fucking her again
Maybe she catches a glimpse of him looking on through his front window, all flustered or something, and starts to put two and two together
She decides to leave and come back after she's found the rest of her and can walk on her own
She returns to Anon on her own and confronts him about it; maybe some feels, she breaks the barrier he's had and they hook up or something
Or it could go a completely different direction if/when she finds out




False Luna (could use a better name)

Princess Luna has, in fact, been Chrysalis throughout most of the series
Either the real Luna is still trapped on the Moon, or she was captured shortly after returning and replaced by the changeling queen
Chrysalis came up with a plan when the royal wedding was coming up, but thankfully for her, once it failed she was able to resume her role as Luna
Up to the writer to decide how and when Anon comes into the picture, how he may or may not get involved with Chrysalis and/or the real Luna, and how and when he discovers the Changeling's secret



What is Magic?(Possible Title)
This idea was posted in the thread (by an Anon I think)
The idea was pretty popular. I said I might take it some day, but I'm not sure yet. I'm posting it here in case somebody else wants it.

In episode 1/2 everything is going as one would expect, up until the final encounter with NMM.
Twilight recognizes the elements, and as they form around each pony, blah blah, no sixth, and as Twilight heroicly says her line.
Problem is, nothing appears.
The sixth element, magic never comes, and the elements fail. Twilight barely manages to escape but the others aren't so lucky (Death is most effective here, since they have no pertinance to the story).
NMM successfully takes over Canterlot and Ponyville, and early in her rule, she travels all over Equestria to quell rebellions personally, but on one trip, she dissapears, and Celestia suddenly re-appears in Ponyville.
Confused as to why her plan failed, Celestia sends Twilight to the last known place NMM traveled, to the north past where the Crystal kindom was.
Here, nearly lost in the frozen northern wastes at the edge of Equestria, she finds Anon, a reclusive but VERY powerful wizard.
Compared to the tame magic of the ponys, Anons magic is beyond even Celestia's skills.
He can bring down the wrath of the gods on his foes, or beat death and bring back the dead.
She finds him in the middle of a resurrection spell, which is completely impossible for ponies, the dead body, that of Luna.
It turns out NMM challenged him, and lost horribly, getting killed in the process.
NMM's essence and spirit were bound to Anon, and she is now a familliar of his (Think tiny NMM that sits on his shoulder/flies around him)
Twilight watches in awe as Anonymous ressurects Luna with no effort, before sending her(Luna) back to Canterlot.
Twilight stays and begs Anonymous to teach her, and after a while relents, letting her study under him.
She has to learn how to not only use magic in ways she has never imagined, she has to deal with the stoic, and often distant Anonymous, and the annoying spirit of NMM, who constantly mocks her.

The whole thing could be episodic, each chapter Twilight is trying to learn a new spell or grasp a different concept while trying to uncover more about her mysterious and reclusive teacher, Anonymous.
Anonymous doesn't play a huge part in the story, its designed to be more Twilight learning, NMM Teasing her, and her trying to figure out how Anonymous, despite not even being a unicorn, has access to magic that is so powerful
this anon uses human magic, which draws from different sources, and is far more powerful. Also, there is no romance, Twilight is kind of going behind Celestia's back, and The elements are dead and destroyed.




A story that follows a young Anon and Twilight as they struggle through a pregnancy she never should have had
Yeah, I can't think of a good name for it.

Young-adult Anonymous (around 20ish years old) comes to Equestria; The ponies are 16 years old
He's into the cute/smart type, and Twilight fits the bill perfectly
She figures this out and maybe accidently mentions something to him, which leads to him asking her out
One night after they've been going out for a little while, they git a little intimate, and one thing leads to another
Anon mentions not having condoms, but Twilight is happy to say they wont be necessary because they're different species and thus not compatible
This means she can't get pregnant and they cannot transfer disease between each other
Unfortunately, for whatever reason, Twilight becomes pregnant anyway
She completely freaks out, not only because of that, but because she was wrong about them being incompatible, etc.
She has a rough time going through it, Anon doesn't like it at first but he realizes or is convinced by the others that he needs to be there for her
He'll realize how much he likes her and says it's worth anything
They'll have their ups and downs during the pregnancy, yet they will realize their love for each other
Eventually they will learn how Twilight became pregnant, via some strange magical property that Anon had
End after she has their hybrid child? And they get married?



Psycho killer Anon, looney-toon physics

Anon is a psychotic serial killer. His calling card in the world of crime is to be especially creative with how he kills his victims. One day, he winds up in Equestria. He blends in well enough but doesn't change his ways. After trying to kill a pony he finds that the whole world uses cartoon physics, like something out of Looney Tunes. It doesn't matter how hard he tries, but he can never hurt the ponies. He never gets caught even if the crime is really blatant.
Example,
>Sets Pinkie on fire
>She comes out of it covered in soot and looking confused.
>Bashes Dash over the head with a bat and runs.
>She seen around town looking sour with a big lump on her head.



Re-Adjusting

Anon becomes fascinated with Princess Luna after Nightmare Moon is defeated
He hardly even knew of her existence before the event, but now he wants to know everything about her
Most of his interest comes from him seeing her learn about how the world has changed in the last thousand years, and how difficult it is for her to get reacquainted with everything
Most of the story involves Anon spending time with Luna, trying to help her get re-adjusted to everything and not be looked at as an outcast or anything, like Anon once was when he first showed up
Anon knows what Luna is going through, for the most part anyway, so he believes he can really help her
As time goes on, they grow closer and closer
