What attracted me to this in concept is that both these mons have a damaging move that traps, they have complimentary typing, they have hazard setting and removal options between them, and speed aside they are fairly well balanced between offense and defense, so I think it will be a challenge for the victim recipient to build around, but not something you'd immediately exchange back.
