back when I spawned with my twin sister Celia (who later stopped playing)
we were 15 yos
and I had one goal
to just casual
got holy magic because my character was trying to impress a woman
who then said she didn't like users of occult and neither did she like azraelites
ok cullen was an azraelite
but he was a good one!
she did trust their oscuri friend though, Juliette
and basically they were the happy trio of Azraelites, Cullen had a massive crush on her, she had a slight crush on him, but JULIETTE had a massive crush on Cullen
and she had such a crush on Cullen that she helped him get the girl and later on be disappointed at love because
1) she stopped playing
2) their last rp was just basically cullen going "hey pls you're safe with me" and she was like "i guess?"
but ok
one of the people he met were Sonnas Oros
1 year older than him, he was 16 and she was 17
her background was basically being a slave of a yokai back in valmasia
liberated and drafted to war due to the affinity with Occult
Cullen every now and then tried to purify it because she said it hurt and shoving holy energy into it hurt more
but still she appreciated the fact that he tried to protect her no matter the cost
then
that's when shit get crazy
because
Cullen knew that girl who stopped playing later on because of Louis Durand, who was basically a father figure to him
a drunkard who just DIED after a while but he had ap retty full life
but in the end what happened was
his whole days were spent with Juliette, Sonnas appeared every now and then
there was Delilah but I like to think this never happened (because it was really just something I did for boredom)(edited)
but ok until then
Cullen was nothing but a MEME
he was always smiling
always happy
always hugging people
put up a life's goal of hugging all races of Agartha (and he succeeded in it btw)
still
he had all sort of romantic scenes with Juliette
when he was 16 and she was 15
they trained every single day
and every single day after training they would lie down, count the stars and discuss about things in general
in the beginning it was about the third person of the group (the girl who stopped playing, I think her name was Averi)

it was Juliette, Cullen and Averi Crowe
in any case
Juliette was a fucking oscuri and felt herself above others and had some slight problems of anger management
because people often picked on her for NO REASON AT ALL
and Cullen was just a generic soldier ™
but every time she'd get harassed on the square, even if she was stronger htan him
he would calm her down and shit
so they just
were REALLY great friends
to the point where in one of those nights after training they simply
fell asleep together

Cullen and Juliette stayed up all night building the house because I thought why not building house rp?
Juliette basically stayed there and ordered him around in full tsundere mode
then she started getting really suggestive and going "Hey, Cullen, if you're so sweaty... why don't you take your shirt off?"
all that kind of stuff
remember Cullen was generic soldier ™ so he was basically slightly buff
so she was into him, he was into her but he was just so naïve that he thought it to be "well ok that's just a fair suggestion"
later that night they ALSO slept together in the front yard of their house
then there was one other day where Juliette dragged Cullen into a small spot on top of Avalon which is basically a really nice lake with a small cliff overviewing it
and then there she just
asked him a bit about if he'd have sex with someone that he wasn't dating, they had discussed about this and all that, and the next day they pretty much went "fuck yeah I kinda love you a lot b-but it's as f-friends ok?"
so he was basically "dating" a tsundere girl
and Sonnas just never logged in so their relationship was frozen in platonic friendship now because he had his first and only time with Juliette
so far, so good, eh? A bit of stuff there, Cullen grows to become a stronger soldier, Juliette also grows to become the Inquisitor right after, they basically were going AHEAD in life
so at this point we figure "ok he might be a little jealous because of Juliette but in the end they both like each other a lot still and they're probably having Edderlin-Harrengate children"
I had plans for Cullen to turn Krausite later on, when he was like, 25, after having a long life with Juliette, climbing through the ranks and probably a small life with her
He had some stuff about learning from Order and Kraus
Juliette warned him that she disliked him learning about those because she liked -him- but couldn't bring herself to like these things because Oscuri

THAT'S JUST DRAMA AND HOW CULLEN KNEW ABOUT ORDER

she was confessing her love to him and he was dating Delilah which was basically NPC'd shortly after the events that follow this
she confessed her love
I was writing my RP
A lot of the higher ups from Valmasia walk up to Cullen and go "we're raiding the gehennans"
she's just left without response because they interrupted me mid-RP when Cullen was about to put her down gently
and instantly she offered herself to join
the group walks to gehenna...
they see no one in the ezmaran square, weird
they see no one in the atl square, ok i guess
they're leaving and they go through cruxati
kayeliun appears AT THE TIP OF THE SCREEN
and quentin instantly goes

ok so, back then we didn't have the raid rules for over 6 people
we were SEVEN
EVERYONE failed their flee rolls
Cullen faked his capture in order to try to exchange himself for everyone else due to a girl that he met on Caprise's school of Order! So she was a student of Order who saw in him a really nice guy
and decided to give him a chance as his slave
later on people just went "no you're the weakest among us he's OUR slave"
that girl was Masika
okay so now it gets complicated, Cullen tried to sacrifice himself for the others, no one accepted his life in exchange for any, he was forced to abandon his faith in Azrael at first
he was never religious so :shrug:
ok so he can't save anyone, everyone is sacrificed in front of him, he converts, Sonnas is one of the other survivors, she confesses to him again, but this time he's into Masika because she saved his life and was really hot and all that
a dryad had a crush on masika, he threatened Cullen repeatedly and eventually beat him up and threatened him with death to stop seeing the girl
Cullen just goes full sad and becomes a krausite because he's got 0 love from anyone, can't return to Valmasia because he's a Krausite
he just abandons his identity and becomes Paladin
that's when shit gets fun
Masika gets corrupted along with the dryad who had a crush on her, Cullen basically spends all his day praying, eventually he repairs her corruption temporarily because she just grows to become a sin of envy
Masika was "raped" by the dryad while Cullen was gone once, and then she said she gave the dryad a handy because she wanted to practice for her true love Cullen but he didn't want to stop there
fastforward, Gehenna starts becoming chaos town
they war with Valmasia, Cullen fights Juliette because he was recovering bodies, she basically cries and asks for him to come back or else she would be forced to do something she would hate to do which was hurting him
he goes back, fights along them in the last battle, flees along with the others, guides the refugees, gets into Ardent and is pretty much loved by everyone and hated by the Oscuri, Juliette goes ultra mega happy that he's around still
THEN GEHENNA KILLS VALMASIA ONCE AND FOR ALL, CULLEN OPENS HIS KRAUSITE CHURCH AND HE NEVER SPOKE TO JULIETTE EVER AGAIN
