WarpedRealm release 1.38

  Release 1.38 Changes:
    - Fixed sellwands being able to take durability damage
    - Fixed a few outdated articles in the wiki
    - Increased adaptation bleed and poison damage scaling
    - Phantom relics now have knockback resistance
    - Fixed bots being usable in all channels instead of just the bot channel
    - Removed quest completion messages for the end
    - Fixed the /ranks menu being outdated after the +1 homes change
    - Fixed gilded rank being too low since the store switch
    - "Bring back netherite" quest needed ingots 8 -> 4
    - Added missing ":" to armor set bonuses
    - Added new particles for ranks to the store descriptions
    - Fixed corrupted rank having permission for the "Falling lava" particle style
    - Blink weapon ability balancing rework (Distance kind of stays the same, different scaling). More info below
    - Increased quest payouts, more info below
    - Added new particle effects and particle styles to ranks, more info below
    - Increased all max-sethomes by +1 for ALL ranks

    Blink distance rebalancing:
      Rarity: Mythical -> Super rare
      Bloodstone sword: Range from 9 -> 6
      Voters tome: Range from 25 -> 15
      Meditative stance: Range from 8 -> 5
      Bountyhunter's list: Range from 20 -> 5

    Quest income changes:
      Wilderness: Payout from 1250 to 1500
      Nether: Payout from 2500 to 3000
      End: Payout from 3750 to 6000
      Utopia: Payout from 5000 to 12000
