Ji-Yeon was born in Seoul as the youngest of 3 children but she moved to Seoul. Although she may look weak, she has learned taekwondo since she was 10 and has a black belt. She has taken vocal and dance since she was 11 as her parents realized that she was quite talented. She also learns rhythmic gymnastics lessons. She is very close to her mother and second brother. Her family is rich so she has all the things she wants, but she's not spoilt. She is very family-orientated.
