[1/25/2020, 9:35:52 PM] BOTSakura Yua: A small burgundy haired owl mutant perched in the bleachers, curled up tightly by the heat vent as she sipped bubble tea in one hand and flipped through her laptop notes with the other. She wasn't quite sure why the head nurse, her sensei, had asked her to be the one to initiate discussions on quirks - what would she know? However, her sensei was adamant that she had to find the strength and wisdom within herself to plan out good routes of development for the hero class.

A solemn sigh escaped her pouty face as she set her drink and laptop aside. She had rehearsed her notes, she had rehearsed her quirk development lectures, she was ready to help. At least, that's what she'd want to believe. The bell had rung and it would of been moments until the 1 on 1 meeting would begin - chances are being with a student she had never met before.

The 130 cm girl walked to the center of the gym, and took a deep breath, puffing out her chest boldly to muster the courage she could find within herself.

"Welcome Kouji-sama, my name is Sakura and I'm the nurse assistant." She recalled the boy from the beach event, glad that he had seemed to make a full recovery from his damages. The sama part would seem somewhat off, was this owl younger than the student being questioned? Her voice would be ever so quiet, one with regular or below regular hearing would likely have to move closer to hear what the owl had to say.

"Thank you for coming, as your class notification says. We'll be discussing your quirk today." Having quite a bit of information on him from the classes she had reviewed, she'd add an extra comment

"These questions are for your own development, to direct students towards self development instead of relying soley on the school's suggestions."
[1/25/2020, 9:37:39 PM] BOTSakura Yua: "May you explain what your quirk means to you? Not what it does, but what it does for you. How it shapes your life." The owl girl had a hard time getting the words out, the question was far too personal for her to just ask! To a stranger none the less! She shivered a little, bringing her winged arms closer to herself ease her obvious worry... yet there was only so much Sakura could do to bring themselves back to whatever composure she could muster.

Once they answered, she'd follow with the next questions - one after another after she received a response. They'd be almost as if a Q&A format flow.

"What are your limits, both as an individual and with your quirk?
"What improvements do you want to make in yourself?"
"What improvements have you been making so far? How?
"What kind of hero are you trying to be?"

Kouji would enter the facility, wearing the Kyoranki uniform, paired with a black, skin tight undershirt underneath. The boy would calmly step forward, a few steps away from the "little" girl, as he put both hands on his sides, standing up straight. It was certain she had been in business with the academy, recalling their previous encounter back at the beach class activity. He wasn't sure if she was a volunteer, a part timer, or just a small.. younger-looking teacher. She did mention something about being a nurse assistant. Kouji shrugs the thought off as he closely pays attention to Sakura's quiet questions. He would tilt his head toward her, maintaining eye contact and full attention.

"These questions are for your own development.."

The girl would state. Kouji would lean closer, full focus and gaze fixated on her. He would squint as he listened in on her first question. He would rather not answer. The boy blankly stares at Sakura, gesturing a 'not interested' look at her. That information was too private, and personal for his comfort. His expression would darken subtly, not enough for one to notice right off the bat.

"What are your limits, both as an individual and with your quirk?"

Kouji would pause for a brief moment, his stern expression fading to a neutral face. Finally, a reasonable question.

"Despite ice being my forte, I can be vulnerable to the cold if used for longer periods. Though the colder the ice is used over time, the more I go over my limit; The better I can withstand the low temperatures."

Kouji would pause for a second. Recalling the abilities and capabilities of his peers, specifically Enba Kemuri and the robot girl. Both showed higher than expected skills for their age, and among their classmates. Few of the people that stood out to him most.

"I'm not as physically versatile or tough, unlike a known few. I may be able to create large ice sculptures, but I can only easily manipulate whatever I can carry."

He was slightly uncomfortable with his words, unaccepting of the truth. But it only gave him more of a reason to become stronger. His facial expressions and tone did not change as he spoke. The monotonous and low voice stayed consistent.

"What improvements do you want to make in yourself?"

"Everything. I want to become the strongest, out of anyone here."

He was blunt and serious. Not a trace of anything that one would perceive it as a joke. Kouji kept the same expression as he spoke.

"What improvements have you been making so far? How?"

"So far, none. As much as I would.. "give it my all" so to speak, there had been little to no events that I could deem as worthwhile."

Kouji would blink.

"...no offense."

"What kind of hero are you trying to be?"

It was a good question, but nothing much came into mind. All heroes do is save lives, pursue villains, and be strong. That was all there is. Kouji would take a moment to breathe, looking at Sakura with the same, vacant expression.

"A good one."

He would answer.
[1/26/2020, 7:39:42 PM] BOTSakura Yua: Sakura titled her head to the side as Kouji gestured at her. Was it that he didn't know how to answer? Or that it was too personal? Maybe both. It didn't matter since all its purpose was was to get the thought in his mind. As she moved onto the next question, it was answered rather directly and clearly. The thought he had was portrayed explicitly clear. However, it missed the core component of Kouji's limits on himself. A quirk was only as powerful as its wielder after all. The component of his own abilities, beyond just his quirk, would however be revealed later in his answers. Although she was hoping that he'd consider his own mental prowess in the sense of self improvement - given how his run in with Eiji at the beach had led them both to suffer.

"Thank you for your time." She said, pulling an envelop tucked underneath her wing. Walking up to the rather dull-acting boy, she'd extend it out to him and begin to explain the contents within.
"Inside there is a form for hero gear. Hero gear is meant to assist you with your field work. If you have already submitted a hero gear order, make sure to review it and reflect. However, heroes can't be dependent on hero gear. They'll have to be self sufficient even without it. On the back of your hero gear form, there is a sheet on what kind of quirk training you believe will be suitable for yourself. We will then set it up for you."

He would stand straight up, assessing its contents as she explained. Flipping through the pages, he would conduct a mental study on himself, brainstorming on what he could design with. The boy would lower the form tucking it under his arm as he awaited the nurse to finish her explanation. He would vacantly shake his head.

"None. Thank you very much."

The boy would bow slightly once more, as he excused himself without another word.
