  1. Good nutrition or a lack thereof is absolutely a contributor to emotional and mental well-being being which are in turn a massive contributor to mood and thereby personality. When your body and brain and nourishedand your blood sugar is not spiking you become happier, calmer and more able to think and reason well.

  5. our body craves things we need to listen, sunshine and hugs are healing sometimes its not food we crave its other vitamins we get in life as well. More than just food brings us health

  7. There have been a lot of studies and research on the gut microbiome and psychology and personality. Literally the bacteria in your gut can send chemical impulses to your brain via your vagus nerve that affect your mental state. A google search will give you lots of articles 😊. So, your diet and nutrition affect the profile of your microbiome, and therefore your feelings/mental state/personality. One study I read showed how they changed the personality of a mouse by altering their microbiome.
