To run Logic without QE you can install with Pacifist, or copy the Logic Installer Packages to your Hard Drive then
1. Right Click - Show Content
2. go to Folders > Rightclick Requirement Checker.app - show content
3. Find minsys.plist and edit the file, replacing all instances of "block" with "warn"
4. save the minsys.plist file and start the setup
5. the warning pops up but you can continue the installation
