We have no idea if you just don't have the time, or you're trying to strike on us. I have no problems having disagreements with staff, I've had dozens of them over the years, but when those disagreements turn into negative actions then we have a problem. You were the only one on staff that hasn't issued a single csr command since early December and almost no petition threads, we checked all of the guides.
[8:11 PM] Rogean: I think we've been pretty tolerant with the drama that has occurred despite this, but if you want to go air out all that dirty laundry then you do you man. While we're at it we can talk about how you were trolled into doxing a former guide and created a mess that all of us had to spend well over a year cleaning up around the clock. The very mess you're threatening to turn into. I guess no good deed goes unpunished. You're literally proving why we have such a hard time adding new staff members.

It's a shame that as Llandris is already training 4 new guides that you would chose now to act, I don't think that's unintentional either.
[8:11 PM] Rogean: I don't concern myself with an unpatched phpmyadmin because it's behind an HTTP authentication wall. Only trusted people can even load the subdirectory. But they say the biggest threat is from within I suppose.
[8:11 PM] Rogean: You haven't done anything permanently damaging yet. Nilbog, Llandris and I were legitimately hoping you would come back to work with the new guides. Honestly though, I think you checked out long ago and you were just waiting for the reason to do this.. you were hoping for something bigger. It's the entire reason you posted the ToV rules knowing it was not right to do that without discussing with us. You wanted the confrontation, something to justify this.
[8:11 PM] Rogean: My primary job here is to keep the servers running and I've done a damn good job at that over 10 years, at any hour of the day there's issues. Nilbog's primary job is to keep the server as classic as possible, something he does very well indicated by recent changelogs, and something your ToV rules were in direct conflict with.
