  1. Waking up from a long nap. Kyrian would get ready for the day. Before long, he'd already be out the eneterance to his and his brothers den. But as he left. One thing pulled at his mind.
  2.
  3. Was Lucas okay?
  4.
  5. Shaking his head from side to side. He would continue on. His brothers had magic. He did not. There was nothing wrong with that. Right?
  6.
  7. Kyrian would walk on as he rubbed at his head. It was time for him to find some breakfast. Maybe a rabbit or squirrel. At this point he just wanted something to settle his stomach
  8. (Kyrian Hayes)
  9. Straying away from his brother's unconscious body to find more food, Sorr'ek'eth jumped down from the short cliff that he resided on, making a slow trot into the forest. Nothing was really around, aside from a few small animals that would easily escape his grasp.
  10.
  11. He scanned the forest hungrily. Nothing, nothing at all.. until,
  12.
  13. The crackling of leaves made Sorr'ek'eth swing his head around to look at the source of the noise. A human? Easy prey in the eyes of a mindless beast.
  14.
  15. The Yokai burst into a dash to catch the human off guard, screeching and gargling.
  16. (Sorr'ek'eth)
  17. Kyrian would continue to walk around for food, and soon would come across it. A rabbit. Not one, but two.
  18.
  19. ' Well thank you Asena" Kyrian would whisper underneathe his breath as he crouched low before a brush. Waiting for the right moment as he watched his prey. Quick to release his claws, Kyrian would wait for the right moment to strike. He wanted to get a clean kill so he could use all of the meat to his fullest content while not having throw away any.
  20.
  21. Screeeeeech!
  22.
  23. A loud and sharp sound would pierce through the air. Which caused Kyrian to cover his ears quickly to relieve himself of the pain. The sound that had came from an unknown source was defying to his ears. Making him reel back in pain.
  24.
  25. Before he knew it. A weird monster would present itself from the forest within. Charging towards him with claws swinging.
  26.
  27. "How did it?!" Kyrian's mind would scream out before the beast was soon on him
  28. (Kyrian Hayes)
  29. As the beast had came down upon him. Kyrian was quickly pounced on and thrown to the ground. Quickly he would bring his legs close to his body to flip the being right off of him. Throwing the figure over himself.
  30.
  31. He would then fling his legs out, bringing him back on his feet. Planting them firmly into the ground as he turned to face whatever had attacked him. Then, he had noticed that he hadn't got a good look at it until now. It was a creature that he had saw only a few times before when he went out hunting with his brothers. It was a creature with such horrid features that his brothers and him hadn't dared to cross its path. They would always stay far from it as they didn't know whose strength was greater. But now, it had seemed that if there was anytime to fight such a being. Now was the time.
  32.
  33. Crouching low as he bared his fangs and extended his claws. He would growl fiercely at his opponenet. Hoping that it would see that it was messing with the wrong Ookami. But it didn't stop the creature as it would charge at him once more with claws swinging maniacally.
  34. (Kyrian Hayes)
  35. Sorr'ek'eth would be slashed at by the Ookami's claws, returning with some slashes of his own. The dust settled, and the victor of the fight was the Ookami. However, the battle wasn't over.
  36. (Sorr'ek'eth)
  37. Kyrian would be panting heavily as he stared up at the creature. It had seemed that this being was full of energy. A monster that would never tire out. Which was crazy because he was nearly exhausted. This fight was going on for to long and his body was feeling sore.
  38.
  39. Kyrian would take a few moments to gather himself as he heaved heavily. He soon did go against the being once more.
  40.
  41. The two would exhange blows as the both clawed at each other. Cutting deep within each others flesh as they ripped at the others skin. Tearing skin away as the scent of blood fulled the air.
  42.
  43. Is this how Lucas felt when he went against me? Had I hurt him this much? What if more? Kyrian had thought to himself.
  44.
  45. The accident with the little spar with his brother had occured 3 months ago. Hopefully Lucas had healed by then. But it still haunted him as he had went berserk against his brother for a reason that he couldn't understand. But now, his body felt as if it was going to give up. His clothes were torn at, his body was basically pouring out blood like a small stream with water. It was just pain all over.
  46.
  47. Soon Kyrian's facial would turn feral as he remembered the harm that he had caused his younger brother. It angered him that he would ever do such a thing, and the more that he thought about it. The more angrier he had got. Soon the pain that he had felt before would go numb. As if it wasn't there anymore. Adernialine had once more pumped through his blood as his growl grew deeper. His fangs seemed to grow in size as he opened up his mouth to reveal each set of fangs that he had. His claws seemed to extened out more as his flexed his fingers in a terrifying way before he leaped into the air to pounce upon the creature. Realeasing a sick growl into the air before he came down onto his prey.
  48.
  49. As he came upon the creature, he grabbed it from the front and slammed him into the ground as he landed hard upon the being. Pushing down all his weight on the horrid figure.
  50.
  51. As Kyrian now stood above the creature. He would start pounding upon it mercilessly. Hitting it several places. Cracking bones. Clawing through his flesh. Disfiguring parts of the yokais being as he couldn't control himself. Before the creature knew it. Kyrian would pull back his right hand to deliever the killing blow.
  52.
  53. "You ruined my dinner! Now you will be MINE" he screamed out loud but was couldn't be understood as it was all mashed in together. His facial expression had shown that he had lost all control over himself, as his lunged forward with his last blow. His eyes danced over to the yokais.
  54.
  55. As it had seemed that he was hit with slowmotion. He remembered that Lucas had the same facial expression on him that this very yokai did. The fear of dying, and he would be the reaper.
  56.
  57. As his claw would slowly reach the yokai's neck. To severe its head from its body. He would stop himself.
  58.
  59. His facials would revert back to regular as he looked upon the scene that he had caused. This time. It was worse.
  60.
  61. He was basically covered in the creatures blood. With it dripping from his arms. He looked at what he had caused. He looked at the creature as it seemed to be one more hit from leaving this world. A rabbit could take a nibble out of his skin and he would die. Quickly, Kyrian would rise up as he looked in horror.
  62.
  63. He had killed creatures with impunity multiple times. But this wasn't a simple self defense action. Or killing for food. No. It was brutality. What he had done was far more than what needed to happen. He didn't have to go so far, and yet he did.
  64.
  65. Kyrian would soon back up and as he thought what must of came over him to do such a thing. As he once again lost himself and went berserk. But then it hit him. Asena was a god that his brothers and him praised. But he also prayed to the great wolf spirit of destruction. Saekanis
  66.
  67. And thats when Kyrian had felt a presence of a dark being lingering around. But as he turned to confront it. It had disappeared.
  68.
  69. Kyrian would then take another look upon the creature before walking away. His had seemed to vanish at the sight of his doing. Right now. He just needed to clean himself up and to figure out how he must control this feeling. Or maybe have it control him. . .
  70. (Kyrian Hayes)
  71. Sorr'ek'eth took the absolute force of every singe slice and slash that the foe delivered. He was laying in a pool of his own oily, black blood. He attempted to move his arm up, but it was too painful for him to do anything. This was the first time Sorr'ek'eth had ever felt pain like this, the cold feeling of having several gashes opened up on his body.
  72.
  73. For the first time in his life, he thought something other than "hungry," or, "food." He felt fear, fear that he was going to die. But he didn't. The Ookami boy that he was fighting stopped beating him mercilessly until he was within an inch of his life, when his face was changed from blind rage to shock, maybe regret.
  74.
  75. But instead of saving the Yokai, he simply walked away, giving Sorr'ek'eth a final glance before he disappeared into the forest.
  76. (Sorr'ek'eth)
