Hello Oasis team! Here is my Staff application.

Activity: everyday for multiple hours on end

Commitments: iPengu.in and CPPS.io (i can time manage extremely well. Both of those CPPSes has a lot of staff and hardly any users, so slight inactivity on there wouldn't be an issue) I attend college on Thursday's (free from 4pm onwards) and Friday's (free from 1pm onwards)

Time dedication?: I can't dedicate 24/7 to Oasis, but I can dedicate a huge ordeal of my time. I am willing to leave every CPPS including CPPS.me to moderate Oasis

please note I will be leaving all servers bar iPengu.in and CPPS.io. However if this is an issue, I can leave all moderated position CPPSes and dedicate my full time to Oasis.

I think I should be a moderator because I have the experience and a high educational level of thinking to be able to be compatible with the users (of all ages) and their demands.

I'm a great addition to a staff team, i'm usually quite a bubbly, hyper active girl who keeps herself to herself. I'm friendly and get along with people easily.

I'm an energetic and determined individual and I'm willing to spend many hours moderating, helping, interacting and general playing of oasis. I believe there is no job to small and one that I can't complete to a high standard. I have around 3 years of CPPS AS2 and AS3 experience.

I believe I should be a part of your staff team because I have the qualities, skill and time to be able to moderate effectively. I have been a moderator on a couple of popular servers, so I have the experience to deal with certain members. I've delt with members who have had issues ranging from cyber-bullying to home life issues. When dealing with cyber-bullying you have to act quickly and resolve it quickly.

When dealing with members you have to take into account how they are feeling, being in a staff position you need to be friendly, calm, collective towards every member and you also need to be clear when explaining or helping others. I can communicate clearly with the language barrier as well. Communicating with different languages can be difficult because you need to understand the language to understand them.

You could use me being on your staff team because I am active twenty-four-seven, linguist, easy to get along with and can resolve things quickly.

I'm currently in college (as i'm 16 years old), i'm a fully committed and sophisticated person when it comes to something I particularly enjoy doing. My weakness is that i'm not afraid to speak my mind. If someone is clearly doing something they will told and the following protocol will be handed out.

As I moderated CPPS.me it's given me the specific experience to deal with any kind of situation. I've dealt with ages ranging between 10 and 19. Dealing with younger users you have to simply and give as much detail and help as possible.

If a user needed help (for example) with a game issue or game command, i would give them the support link and explain that they needed to open a ticket. Depending on the game issue, I would give them the correct subject to use. I'd tell them to use as much detail as possible, screenshots if the issue could be screenshotted. For a game command, I would personally explain the command (what it does - like adds an item or furniture item) followed by the command, followed by an example, if needs be i would explain where to find the item after bought.

If a member broke a rule I would start of giving that user a warning and telling them specifically what they had done wrong. If they then again did the same thing wrong, I would remove them from the server (kick), when the member returns I would tell them "You were kicked because **Reason**, if you break that rule or another rule you will be banned for 24 hours. If you continue after that ban the consequences will get higher". If they carry on breaking the server rules I would ban then for 24 hours. But then again, each situation should be treated in the correct format and best possible way.

I'm a type of person who used to be super into Xbox and Playstation games, but I shortly left in 2012 to join CPPS.me. This is where my sever life began. Collecting many different friends and leading to going on to many different servers. I'm a highly educated girl, but when it comes to CPPS servers I know a lot and how to moderate due to my high experience list.

I wouldn't fail on a staff team, I would moderate, interact, create a fun, joyful and safe atmosphere for all ages. A moderators job isn't to sit there looking pretty, it's to get involved and actually experience the server life with the users.

My goal as a moderator is to create a bond between players and ensure a safe, interactive and fun environment for all users of Oasis. If I gain the moderator position or not, I will still continue to support and help users.
