But don't push your personal disappointments into the political arena, that's not the place where you'll find the kind of answers you need. Politics will not solve all the world's problems - only the sciences can do that - and political leaders in nearly all countries reject, in general, the findings of science. So, there we are, run by governments that appeal to the emotional, not the factual - learn to separate the two, and then find what works for you: and, take my word for it, you won't find it in the political arena.
