I believe i will make a positive impact on the sections team as it is something i am quite passionate about, i also believe that i have the skills required to take on this position, i also believe that i will impact the sections team by bringing in new ideas which will benefit officers and the efficiency of the work of the supervisors. I will suggest ideas such as making the communication between the section supervisors and group LTs a lot easier and beneficial, i will also suggest that supervisors make sure that their officers are progressing and have good law knowledge as i have been doing with some of the officers in my section who have told me that it has helped them a lot.
I also believe that i will be able to impact the sections command team by using my teamworking skills for the better and by supporting what i think is best for the officers needs, furthermore i will step up to tasks given to me and will carry out my responsibilities with the best of my abiility. In conclusion i believe that by bringing me on to the sections command team i can help it to become a very successful scheme and improve it by suggesting needed ideas which officers will benefit from, i also believe that my passion for this will drive my focus and commitment towards this position to make me fulfil the role at the best of my ability.
