There's an eerie feeling of something watching you.

You're not sure what it is - but as you come to awaken, you'll find yourself in a run down building. Graffiti covering just about every wall and pillar you see, you're able to tell that whatever this place is, it's no doubt abandoned. Pushing yourself up, you'll feel your head begin to pound in agonizing pain - especially if you try to remember exactly what it was you were doing beforehand.

You're not alone, you realize. Four other people, completely random strangers (or not) are in the room with you. But, still - even though you know there's others with you, you still can't help but to shake the feeling that there might be something else out there watching you.

Not only that, but where you're at doesn't look familiar at all. But it vaguely resembles a hospital...
