While the admins had requested a ban for the "atrocity list", Spyonclear agreed it would be fine for the new channel to proceed with normal channels. Spyonclear has been suspended.

In November 2018, Spyonclear joined the Discord server for the Discord service, in what became known as a RMTL for #curse, a term that includes an active stream of users who have been banned for posting the same content without actually being named as a parttot[4]. The Discord service was built on the support of their original "RMTC" channel channel name, an unofficial name they created for themselves to be the community-based group for Discord community members to join.

During the RMTL, Spyonclear's user name changed to Darktok. Due to this, some other users have been using the former Discord staff's former name (such as Mardoch) as their "last name." The Discord community itself

December 23rd 2016

The "conspiracy theory" against Spyonclear is over and no longer a part of the "conspiracy theory".[3][4] Spyonclear has started asking admin complaints for the removal of the account.[5] With this happening, Santuchi had more than a month to complete an open apology.[6] He posted a link that says what happened to him:

A Reddit user on 8 March posted that Spyonclear "will be removed from the Discord community", but this claim had not been confirmed by Spyonclear himself.

January 25th 2016

According to Santuchi, after the ban he's on a mission to "save the community through Discord".[7] Santuchi then added his twitter account[8] and is on Facebook[9] to communicate with the staff. This leads straight to an investigation of the "conspiracy theory" about Spyonclear.

Spyonclear and Chromatic also decided to remove the user[4] on Reddit[5] and was only allowed to remove a link to the account.

In January 2020, Spyonclear releases the new OSM channel with the name "Twitch" and the title "Twitch Server"[6] , all members of the "Twitch Server" are banned, as there had been at least one user ban.[7] The name "Twitch" changed to "Twitch Chat". The channel has an image below where the user was sent links of Twitch content. In addition the name "Twitch" is still displayed and this removes the user from the channel in the list of the new "Twitch Server" users who are not part of the channel. Spyonclear then bans the user for being under the age of 18, as that was previously the case and this is where the ban was lifted, again, an early warning and warning sign.

 Later we see a conversation between Santuchi, Antony and Schmid regarding the admins' plan to leave, there was also talk about some actions being taken at Spyonclear but as we got closer to the end, we're informed that this was not what was said in Santuchi's letter[4]. Eventually, Spyonclear leaves the server[5] at his request[6].

Santuchi

Santuchi, an artist at CIG, was seen in April 2015 [7], tweeting a link to the official site of XBMC on the 15th of March to promote an event in Chicago. The following day, Santaki was made available from the Discord server[8], along with a number of images from the event. Shortly after, Santaki started running a Reddit chat with a lot of "loyal players" asking how the event would go.[9] He responded:

 In the end, for reasons unknown, we banned Spyonclear for 10 hours on August 29th 2016, at midnight PST to facilitate a smooth transition to the new rules, following a user revolt when the user "disinformation[4]" publicly published a user thread to harass people at Spyonclear who did not support "the Community's" community plan of creating an unbalanced view of the community. This user revolt led to the removal of all the accounts of the bot in April 2016. As a result of this, we will no longer accept anyone from /r/creations[5]. Any of the mods from the community who make their accounts public must be removed from the servers as a matter of principle. Please see the above FAQ for more information.

Summary

A week or so ago, the community managed to change the subreddit system by taking the following action: it reverted every post with a quote and an entire subreddit that has used its subreddit as a whole

Shortly after this ban, Discord server was shut down, the admins left, the users left[4] but would come back one night, "caught up" in Santuchi/Chromatic chat[4].

A month later in November, Spyonclear began a new dev channel for the #creations channel by channeling[5]. This is a new channel where they can use any game they want to have, so that's the last time Spyonclear would ever leave it alone since no other way was ever discussed. The new channel also had a new manager who had been added to the current Discord server in October of 2019[6]. Spyonclear began their new channel in July of 2018[7]. They would have taken the channel to new channels at about a week before their official channel to discuss changes which it would come to, so that's when they started taking questions and questions on their new channel.[8] Spyonclear would also have

Following this Ban[4] it becomes very dark to see how many of their users are banned as well, as there is no time to consider their safety and privacy right from this point on.

Spyonclear also created a page to explain this, along with a small thread on [Reddit] . In response, Spyonclear removed the threads at the end while insisting nothing could be done.

One week after this, the user of the Discord server who came on was taken out of the discussion and replaced by a user on [Reddit] who said that as it stands, there should be a rule for this user that "any of the user's personal content posted to this channel should be taken down and is now banned".[4] Another day later the user of the Discord server who came on was removed from the discussion and replaced by a user who said that there should be a rule for this user that, "the only way we'll ever see them banned is if they post things to our channels."[6] Another day later the user of the Discord server who came on was pulled from the discussion under the same circumstances.

 This leads to a second and third bot fight, in which Santuchi gets up and leaves the server. To the best of my knowledge and mine I was never the aggressor with the others[4] and had no further actions on the matter when all was said and done. However I do now know it was the case that Spyonclear was in a way "just doing his job" for which I am very concerned.

By the time of October 21st at the time of the second convo with @spyonclear, it was 3.5pm when Santuchi left the server and Spyonclear became its new host.

Spyonclear and the staff came up with a new bot fight that is one of the most "toughly" used bots in The Witcher 3 in the past couple of months. We went back a lot to Spyonclear to deal with it but this time I went up to find out about the case and how they

Since then the CTS has been a constant of conversation between Spyonclear and those from the Discord server, after which the team has been the subject of a discussion, and later on the CTS would eventually decide to cancel those discussions and the thread with Santuchi still was on there, this further lead to a discussion on the CTS of any CTS from the Discord server on November 20th of 2016 before their ban started. The CTS of those who have remained silent on the subject of this thread are as follows [4]:

[5] There has been an unconfirmed story from someone in the Discord server asking for a community chat with "Spyonclear" asking about the future of the CTS, and to no avail. In response, Santuchi of the Discord server did provide a community chat after the drama. He also stated that the situation would escalate into a civil dispute.
