Set 4 - Bottom - I'd like being squished in the hands of her last set of arms

Arms:
Set 1 - Massaging her top breasts that are engulfing the sides of her head.
Set 2 - Stretched out and pinned under the corresponding breast.
Set 3 - Stretched out and pinned under the corresponding breast.
Set 4 - Holding her bottom pair of breast

Now as far as the tentacles: It depends on what your ok with drawing. I apologize ahead if this is strange. I'd like the male in the picture kneeling on the bed and putting his penis in-between her last pair of breasts. I'd then like her tentacles wrapped around his legs and arms. Then two I'd like squishing the last set of breast underneath her hands (added push) and another two playing with the nipples of any of the breasts that are spilling off to the side.

Now if your not ok with the penis/breast thing, that’s fine. I'd then like her tentacles wrapped around everything (like the last pic)

Again, I'm flexible so any suggestions are welcome. Hope this is doable."

There were, of course, alterations made when I told him the nurse character he was referring to was a character of mine I'd rather not draw like that, and then later things like the two mouths were added. But the customer was and is probably the nicest person I've ever had commission me and he was always apologizing and trying to make sure I was comfortable with everything he was asking, and I am hoping to do business with him again in the future.
