Thread Drama/Shitposter Response In Thread-Copy and Paste!

Hi there! This is being copy-pasted because you've made a post about your concerns with the CYOA/AMGC/SCS, Discord, IRC, or specific players in such a way that it reads as criticism or commentary about one or more of the above. While we definitely welcome constructive criticism and differing opinions, we'd like to ask you to post them in either or both of the channels for our communities instead of in thread.

Unfortunately, due to extended problems with spam and flame baiting from an anonymous lone shitposter/troll, the MGCYOA communities in Discord and IRC would both rather not have prolonged anonymous discussion about the respective merits of their systems and communities in the 4chan thread. The troll's been a recurring problem in the thread for months now, and there's no real way to tell who has an actual anonymous system question or complaint and who's just the troll sockpuppeting and trying to stir up drama and derail the thread. We're sorry about this. Both the IRC and the Discord are open to system questions and commentary, and would welcome your input.

Because of the problems with the thread, if you have questions or comments about specific problems with the systems and communities, we'd love to talk about them with you in either the Discord (mostly SCS discussion and development) or the IRC. (Mostly AMGC discussion and development.)

-looks like bait
-might start a flame war
-provably false claims about things that anyone except new people would know are lies

-generally looks like something better discussed in channel than in the thread

If we all post this whenever we see something that doesn't belong, we can get the thread back on-track to what it was supposed to be.
