Why no Switches?
The original TAS did not do switches because it would look cooler, so the goal of this run is to be the TAS

Rules for grabbing a powerup? (Mushroom/Flower/Cape)
Die as soon as possible, if you finish level while holding and item, die as soon as possible at beginning of next level

Midpoints?
Finish the level, then finish it again.

Is star power/P-balloon allowed?
yes

I do, because its the only finished run.
