NGS Game License

Please read the following carefully, as it contains the legal license for all games made by NGS:

Prefix
User refers to the person under license, otherwise known as the licensee.
Owner refers to Nuvarna Game Studios (NGS), otherwise known as the licencor, or owner

1.) User Agreement
By downloading and playing one of our gamecasts, you acknowledge that you have read, and understand this license, and that you
agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by this license, you must delete any NGS gamecasts you have possession
of.

2.) Copyright
NGS retains all rights and ownership of it's gamecasts, content, story, scripts, and any other custom content created by NGS.
Enterbrain retains all right and ownership of the RPG Maker Vx Ace program, the RPG Maker Vx Ace RTP, and all content
contained within these two programs.
dotPDN, LLC retains all rights and ownership of the paint.net program, all program files, code, and all other content within
the program.
 Lee Reid retains all rights and ownership of the MuSink program, all content, program files, code, and all other content
within the program.

3.) License Terms and Conditions
NGS authorizes the holder of this license to play and or possess any gamecast made by NGS, provided that they do not violate
these terms and conditions:

A.) The user may not, under any circumstance, modify any NGS gamecast.
This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to decrypt the gamecast archive, decrypting the gamecast archive, or modifying
the contents of the gamecast archive.
B.) The user may not, under any circumstances, remove any content from the gamecast, add any content, or change any file names
in any way.
This includes, but is not limited to, removing content from the gamecast folder, adding new content to the gamecast folder, and
changing the file names within the gamecast folder.
C.) The User may not host our gamecasts, in any way, without the express written consent of NGS.
This includes, but is not limited to, links in blogs, file sharing, file hosting, or any other way of providing a copy of
any NGS gamecast.
C.2) In the event that written consent to host an NGS gamecast is given, the consent applies only to the agreed upon website,
and consent does not allow the user to post the game file everywhere they please.
C.3) Users possessing written consent to host an NGS Gamecast may not charge visitors for access to any NGS gamecast, demand the
to fill out a survey, or impose any other kind of access restriction.

4.) Termination
The user may, at any time, terminate this license agreement by removing all NGS gamecasts from their device, and deleting
all files, logs, and other content that came with the game file.
This includes, but is not limited to, music files, system cache, or any other files connected to a NGS gamecast.
B.) NGS may, at any time, terminate this license agreement by email, letter, or other means, for any reason, and without
notice.
In this event, the user must comply with the termination protocol, by removing all NGS gamecast from their device, and
deleting all files, logs, and other content that came with the gamecast file.
