He should be out of the house no later than 8:15 AM when he has classes that start at 8:30 AM."


Im going to address multiple things in this email including the invoices you are leaving in my room

First of all because my mother refuses to be an accurate mouthpiece between us im going to explain why several times i left a single bowl or a *single* plate or pan in the sink.

Im going to stress singular things that i feel extremely annoyed by that you want to see addressed, it is your house i get it but several times you have taken a single bowl in a sink, to kicking me out and sending me to a juvenile jail and that kind of escalation is unacceptable.

Ill quote Ms. Nieto when she said "Alex i cannot send you to jail over some dishes this is ridiculous and i dont want to have to deal with your parents about this again."


Moving on, you yourself cannot wash dishes properly, you leave soap in them and scraps of food in the pan.

The reason i let dishes soak is so there is no need to have to scrape down a pan or worry about left over soap in a bowl or cup, i still wash it maybe 20 minutes to 1 hour at most later witch is well within the confines of your rules.

This is called sanitation, its taught to you when you take food safety classes although id consider it common sense.

Next time there is a single bowl with soapy water in the sink and nothing else, you may not barge in my room unannounced and loudly tell me to clean it because you yourself will have to do this and ONLY this

-Put on rack


In the rare cases i forget to do so my self this is all you will have to do in order to avoid us coming into contact with one another.

Whenever we have a face to face or an issue arises you rudely look away and ignore me or you lose your temper too easily, from now on ill use this email to reach you with further misunderstandings.

Lastly i did not leave a mess on the table, and the sink having eggs in the drain and some rice also requires minimal effort to clean, let me stress how small of a footprint i have left in your house.

The only damn thing you complain about is minor instances of a mess in the sink which is where messes typically go because it is a goddamned sink.

I should not have to say this, i dont not want to hear from my mother that you whinged or complained about a single bowl in the sink or some rice.

If i was openly a slob then maybe you could say i dont appreciate my being in this house but this isnt the case, instead it appears you actively search for anything to be upset about because your ultimate goal is to get me out of the house.

This will happen soon when i am taken off CDP and graduate from high school so there is no need for inane and subversive tactics to have me sent to jail which is abhorrent and a clear emotional response rather than a reasonable decision.


Lastly there has been a discrepancy in the amount of money i owe you.

You added about 16 dollars more than what is owed from the previous invoice and because of this i decided im no longer going to make incremental payments.

For now im going to save my money and i will pay the 67 dollars i believe is owed by november or december this year once i have made purchases id like to make before i have to spend money on gas every week, food and apparently on you as well as im told by my mother if i want to live here after the court case ill need to pay rent.

This influenced my decision to make a payment all at once when im ready.



Ill end this on this single note because i have not had a chance to say it.

Everything i do in my life has a logical thought process behind it, gears turn when i make up my mind about something meaning i have a damn good reason for nearly every decision i make in my life.

I do not however, go out of my way to personally affront you, if you for some reason believe a very tiny and insignificant thing is an act of defiance against you then maybe you ought to come with me to see my therapist Scott Tobin and you can have a PhD holding therapist tell you why i dont consider ruining your life every day that i wake up.

This information all comes from my mother whom weve been using as a mouthpiece and if any of this is news to you or if for some reason i said something that you dont find to be true you ought to email me back and not use my mother anymore.
