I haven't spent much time with the vbox yet or reviewing the service, but I do have to be honest and say that what I've seen so far is kind of disappointing.  I do have to give kudos for broadcasting 5.1 audio, which is something Zazeen doesn't do, however picture quality is severely lacking compared to any other provider out there.

Again, admittedly, I've only spent an hour watching TV with the Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon last night and a short period of time just browsing and checking various different channels for picture quality.  However, to make a comparison to other providers thus far (not just Zazeen but with Videotron, Bell and Rogers) your HD channels seem to be SD at best.

The Vbox is directly connected to the DSL modem via the supplied ethernet cable and there is nothing else except the vbox using that connection.  I haven't even gotten into installing playstore apps or using the cloud service yet.  I have taken the rest of the week off and will be spending more time evaluating the service but so far, initial impressions are not good.
