Gavin Andrew Simmermacher Banning actually works pretty well. As long as the person realizes his/her own mistakes, they can take time to reflect and, when readmitted back into the group, avoid making the same mistake and improve their way of thinking as a whole.

Of course, In Carlvin's case, he's still a kid and can't seem to accept all the crap he did. So if he doesn't want back in, his loss.

Hoa Jae Chew Banning does allow the guy/gal to reflect i don't disagree with that. But just asking, so does the person that got banned really change his/her mindset? Or does he/she only behaves differently out of Fear? Fear of being banned again. There is a difference between behaving well because you Respect others and the rules and behaving well cos one is afraid of what may happen if he/she does it again.

Hoa Jae Chew I've met him, hung out with him with a few others before and he seemed like a nice guy. He was rash and overly energetic most of the time. But i don't think he would purposefully hurt someone. As long as ive talked to someone and know a little bit about them, i consider them a friend.
