1. -09-18 14:58] Telvae Ysethanis: Telvae, as much as she hated to admit it, could practically taste the scent of raw, bestial heat wafting through the air. Having long ago discarded her Ghost Helm, its use gone, she was forced to inhale the scent, though she worked her biomantic magics in an impossible intricate weave in an attempt to filter out the worst effects. For a mind as great as hers, the effort was surprisingly possible - picking foreign matter out of her bloodstream molecule by molecule, blocking that which she didn't require to breathe from ever absorbing into her body beyond her nostrils... Of course, such an effort also meant that she couldn't place her full focus on the foe before her, as much as she wanted to. Alas, it was quite necessary.
2.
3. "I have a healthy respect for mankind - rich words, though, coming from one who betrayed the future of his species for his own pathetic, mortal lusts!" She scoffed, taking two slow, careful steps forward, her legs bending at awkward angles. Anything psychically sensitive could feel how the coldness of Ynnead clashed with the heat of Slaanesh, burning it away like some unnatural, psychic un-flame. "The Imperium is a bulwark against Chaos, even as it occasionally feeds it. A necessity. The Emperor of Mankind, too, is a necessity. But you, with your small, selfish, lust-driven mind... You care only for indulgence. You speak to me of sin/ The arrogance. You sin against life itself!"
4. [2019-09-18 15:08] Lord Hamilcar: "You step closer to your end, Eldar." This monster said in a purring nicker of a threat, striding forward. His body language oozing of that noble arrogance, each step purred of his ancient power armour as the tassels of flesh-leather fluttered so weightlessly in its tattooed appearance. "The Imperium fell into Chaos' grasp the moment the Emperor renounced the praise of one of his Sons. Better to be praised than let a lesser creature to the love...I fell into your God-child's grace when we eradicated Their shrine-world with such perfect extermination till only a Sword remained."
5.
6. In the mention of the sword that ultimately damned the legion into their deprived majesty, the Eldar could hear the daemonic glaive in Hamilcar's hand sing a hymn of mocking glee over the Emperor's perfect legion and repeat of another Empire's fall.
7.
8. "I care for my Primarch's command and he demanded this world's subjugation. You, however...you will provide my indulgence." Then the air change. A stomach-turning, skin-prickling charge before the Chaos Lord lunged with a startling speed so much like the Eldari agility, beckoning the start of a sword-dance.
9. [2019-09-18 15:17] Telvae Ysethanis: "God-child? *Pfagh!* I lived during that time, you know, but I had no part in that thing's creation. I tried to warn my people. Abstained from all but the most necessary indulgences. Do not speak to me of our sin, monster, for I lived in it - and I survived. I scorned it. I was surrounded by it, and I never once fell to it." The Farseer growled, her blade singing a low, quiet dirge, entirely unlike the typical high-pitched sound a Singing Spear emitted. It was not a sound of joy, or even of mockery - it was the tune of death. The heralding of Ynnead. Hamilcar, in fact, could see the swirl of souls building around the Farseer, around her followers... Time was short. If the battle continued much longer, the Aeldari would grow ever more powerful, until victory was assured. perhaps, even, they would summon the avatar of their god.
10.
11. Seeing Hamilcar charge, the Farseer met him in turn - she was a seer, of course, but she moved with an unnatural grace even unnatural for the Aeldari, no doubt charged by her god... And, of course, by the fact that she had chosen to collapse the defenses shielding her body from Hamilcar's scent. Her spear handily parried Hamilcar's blade, its mere proximity feeding, threatening to sap the strength of the warp. The contact was not prolonged, thankfully, as the blade drew back to thrust at his torso.
12. [2019-09-18 15:24] Lord Hamilcar: The Chaos Champion moved with his blade, whirling the long glaive with the hissing rebuke of its residing creature of ancient dialect. In the collapse, the scent tickled the Eldar's nose. An earthy scent that was almost human in its subtle presence before becoming thicker and rude to the mind and tongue's taste. Salty. Musky. Masculine. Alien yet familiar in a way. All in the span of a breath's huff while their bodies were a blur to the common eye. Hamilcar returning with a crescent swoop of blade that struck in arc and zig-zagged that appeared to be slicing for the limbs. Never too extended but not too hesitant. Testing perhaps.
13.
14. "To battle with an opponent of venerable experience,' the glaive-master swooned, "A delicacy that I will savor upon either of our ends. Can you see into your future? Can you weave it and escaping the fate due, my dear?" In his words, it sounded darker and personal. Intent while his body never moved as brutish as one would expect from the astartes and their bulky armour. His was more...slim and elegant like an Eldar's warplate while retaining its original form as a former Angel of the Emperor's legiones astartes.
15. [2019-09-18 15:29] Telvae Ysethanis: Telvae, unaware of the scent's likely foul nature, continued to breathe it in. Lungful after lungful, breath after breath, she filled her body with Hamilcar's masculine, musky scent... And, by extension, whatever effects it would have on her body. Still, despite the minor distraction, she easily kept pace with her foe. This time, she simply blinked out of existence, only to suddenly reappear behind Hamilcar as she thrust her blade towards his back. A teleport, no doubt.
16.
17. "Venerable? I have been alive long before you Astartes even existed! Before Thunder Warriors, even, I witnessed the Emperor's rise to glory, to so-called divinity... And the tragic fall that came before it..." She whispered, her voice carried into Hamilcar's ears by some strange, unidentifiable psychic effect. Still... She did as she was bidding, her mind dancing along the skeins of fate to discern her future. To see Hamilcar's. And, in the process, to hopefully see what his next move would be, and thus counter it before it could even be conceived of. Such were the powers of the Farseer.
18. [2019-09-18 15:40] Lord Hamilcar: The daemon glaive swept at the Eldar's neck, leaving only the afterimages of his own strike and that of her displaced form. The slash of air gave the Chaos Lord only the hearts' beat of a pause in surprise, the whisps and cries of the rebellious souls giving him a momentary distraction. His own soul gnawed in hunger, in tune with his bonded daemoness at the Ynnari creatures daring to upset the long established power of Slaanesh. The Eldari has suffered under their sins and they dare attempt to escape under another worthless god's care. Death was only the beginning for them and even then, they used their cursed stones to escape their tribute!
19.
20. Nickering as his ears rolled back at the sensation on his spine, starting to turn with his glaive whirling high in a fit of wildness and the high scream of a man-beast! It was all so clear. All so open to end his hideous life; a blade under the arm, the spine, even the hip that wide opening! It was all so vivid, a course of opportunity. How it should be.
21.
22. "No."
23.
24. Only, instead, at that most possible sign, the equine man suddenly lunged forward in a graceful flip. A pair of Banshees attempted to intercept him in his midflight, only to be cut down in one sweep of weapon and the blast of a quickdrawn plasma pistol crackling of warp-energies before landing onto a crumble of rockcrete. Panting and shaking his head, "Damnable Witch."
25. [2019-09-18 15:48] Telvae Ysethanis: And as they died, their Mistress cursing violently under her breath, their souls, too, were sucking into the end of the Farseer's blade, stealing them away from Slaanesh's grasp at the last possible moment. Still, Telvae howled in anger, veins throbbing in her forehead at the sight of her fallen followers. Death was her constant companion... But these Banshees had died because of her hesitation. Her failure. Enraged, Telvae breathed even more deeply of Hamilcar's scent, unleashing a psychic scream so potent that it could snap bones. Perhaps not those of Astartes, but certainly of mere mortals.
26.
27. "No!" She screamed, lunging forwards at lightning speed. Her speartip glowed, bright as a sun as the scourging energies of the newborn Aeldari Death-God swirled around it. If the blade struck home, it would almost certainly spell instant, painful death. Worse, it sent shocks of fear through the daemonic, for Ynnead brought to the fore the one thing that even daemons feared. True death. Annihilation. The permanent destruction of their warpstuff.
28.
29. Unfortunately for the Farseer, in her anger, she left herself vulnerable. An opening, impossible to exploit for mortals.
30.
31. Hamilcar, though, was no mortal. He was swift enough to exploit the breach, to strike the seer's stomach, knocking the wind out of her, or running her through if he so chose.
32.
33. In her haste, the Farseer had left herself all too vulnerable to being disabled.
34. [2019-09-18 15:48] Telvae Ysethanis: (That was just the right button to press to put Telvae off-balance!)
35. [2019-09-18 15:49] Telvae Ysethanis: (Hope you didn't mind the combat too much, btw.)
36. [2019-09-18 15:50] Lord Hamilcar: (Not at all, it isn't often I get to fight with my chaos champs.)
37. [2019-09-18 15:51] Telvae Ysethanis: (Well, he'll have a new champ to fight alongside soon enough. And to spitroast Aeldari bitches with. And, if he chooses to, to fill with cum! I'd say this fight paid its dividends. Or will, rather.)
38. [2019-09-18 16:00] Lord Hamilcar: The scream...it was perfect. It struck his eardrums, even through the auditory filters of his helmet took the full blunt and from his long service to Slaanesh, so many things made him numb to the simplicity of life. Yet, this one delicious scream touched Hamilcar in a way. It gave him pause as it rattled through his armour and danced its hatred onto his gene-strengthened bones. The powerful farseer in her wrathful glory to the death of her sisters. As cultists and slaangor that served him turned to bloody mists that filled his nostrils or broken rags of blissful pain at his back, Hamilcar did not move.
39.
40. His arms almost opened in welcome for her. "This she-witch is no different, champion of mine. Give her true life, please." It said to him.
41.
42. Breath inhaled into Hamilcar, almost wanting death for his long torturous existence. He can just barely remember his own past, only this existence. However, he saw no better way. He saw this beautiful creature and took. In a simple movement that should have showed more effort, his body turned and his armor seemed to tear from the sheer force of the Farseer's thrust. Scarring its cuirass and broke more spirit stones hanging from his girdle, the screaming of those tortured souls held some whimper of relief. Eye to eye, the Champion slammed his whole fist against Telvae's armored stomach with more than the force to ripple through her lithe muscles and lungs. Glaive smacking breasts and slammed her down into a pin. His boot slamming on the spear to doubly-ensure.
43.
44. "Choir, sing our Mistress' song with the souls of the dead." He commanded and the Noise Marines moved themselves into sigil of their choir's sorcerous position. Doom sirens and sonic blasts singing with such hellish vibrations that the deads' souls could be seen in the vibrating air, caught between realms and here to suffer and wail in squirming pain. The storm of purple and pink crackling and shooting passionate lightning into buildings, the sight of dancing daemonettes and forming Keepers of Secrets starting to tear at reality in the clouds.
45. [2019-09-18 16:10] Telvae Ysethanis: Again, the Farseer howled, unleashing yet another psychic scream that obliterated whole swatches of cultists, pulping their bodies so thoroughly that little but powdered bone and misted flesh remained as she spiraled, her body nearly broken, to the ground. She was strangely resilient for one of the Aeldari, slim and slender as her form was, though it was perhaps more akin to a human in shape. For an Aeldari woman, she was quite voluptuous. To Hamilcar's taste, she likely had quite some room for improvement. The wind knocked completely out of her lungs, she lay limp on the ground for several seconds, able to do nothing but gasp for the befouled air around Hamilcar as she struggled to recover her senses. Her body roiled with psychic power... And as she finally began to recover, she began to push against Hamilcar, paradoxically strong enough to actually manage to nearly meet the monster's muscles in power. And her strength built to yet higher heights, slowly but surely.
46.
47. Still, she scrabbled for the tortured souls around her, desperate for the power they could over, and yet... She was equally distraught at their suffering, sobbing as she let loose scream after psychic scream. Even the humans, she seemed to weep for. Even the underhive mutants caught up in the battle she felt terrible, terrible pain for being unable to save. Indeed, what a paradoxical creature she was. Most of all, though, it was still the pain of those that died in her name that tore at her soul, breaking down her mental defenses with heights of grief, anger, and helplessness. They died for her. Now, they died for her in the name of nothing. It was plain to see for Hamilcar that the Farseer cared deeply for this fact.
48. [2019-09-18 16:16] Lord Hamilcar: (Hmph! I must vanish for a time, being called onto things. I hope you have been enjoying so far!)
49. [2019-09-18 16:16] Telvae Ysethanis: (I have!)
50. [2019-09-18 16:17] Lord Hamilcar: (Excellent, I hopefully I shall return and if not - we will bump for continuation. [sub]Saves just in case.[/sub])
51. [2019-09-18 16:17] Telvae Ysethanis: We will! You up for friending, or would you prefer a bookmark?
52. [2019-09-18 16:18] Lord Hamilcar: Sure, either way is fine.
53. [2019-09-18 16:19] Telvae Ysethanis: Request sent.
54. [2019-09-18 16:20] Lord Hamilcar: And claimed.
55. [2019-09-18 16:21] *Lord Hamilcar [sub]slips it between his pecs.[/sub]
56. [2019-09-18 16:21] Lord Hamilcar: Now tata for now~
