I have to pay for initial shipping that way. Until you pay they are technically still for sale. The post office isn't even a mile away. Once I receive payment and confirm its all there and I will be able to access it at a later date then I can walk up there.

That just seems like a lot more work than is needed lol. If you say you're purchasing an item in each transaction Google Wallet will do the same as if it's a single payment. I had to do this when I bought my xbox one.
