  7. You guys put on a genuine masterwork here. Everything about the EVERYMAN is presentationally stylish as all hell, and more than that, it does everything we ask of a strong jojolity to do. Creativity? You break the rules by playing tetris with fucking ships to get where you need to go how you want to. Robustness? You’re pulling off tricks and hijinks literally every step of the way. Integrality? Without Reel Big Fish and your soccer-based propulsion there just straightforwardly wouldn’t *be* a strategy here. Azumi oozes the EVERYMAN energy wherever he goes and whatever he does, the prose of your strategy doing an amazing job at naturalistically establishing the definition of your approach to jojolity without it feeling at all ham-fisted or forced. Once again I feel as if you’ve taken your lessons from M1 and come swinging with a stellar improvement upon your prior work, one that once again leaves me excited to see more! For being as fun a read as I suspect Azumi is having by the end of things here take a well-earned 9!

  11. You, by contrast, are earning a 10 from me.
  12.
  13. Let me explain.
  14.
  15. A strong jojolity exemplifies its premises in the actions of its work. An impressive jojolity integrates its themes so thoroughly that it could not exist without them. To me, and to the rubric, a perfect jojolity creatively redefines what that jojolity even is with such excellence and creativity that the new definition and the old feel one and the same.

  17. Nathanial stakes his claim as a magician and takes every measure necessary to ensure his magic show is put on to a point of excellence. There’s the pizza hat trick revolving your usage of 2D mode, obviously, but that alone does not carry you this far. What does is the attention to detail. The care you put into appeasing your customers in ways that would be entirely unnecessary to the match, the way your positioning and routing aims to both ‘disappear’ before Azumi’s eyes and weaponize the very ‘act’ of being a Professional as its own defense against their interference, the stealth play, how elegantly the Karen is attended to in a way that will both leave her appeased and ensure you’re not stiffed, and finally the floatie trick, it’s all magnificent. At no point this strategy did I feel that I was not watching a magician at work, and moreover I felt as if that ethos was ingrained into **every** aspect of its DNA. That you apply this ethos even to how you handle your counterinterference against Azumi is what pushes it to a 10 for me, there is truly no part of this strategy where you are *not* operating as a magician.

  19. Your narrative augments this - while a nonfactor in my score I will highlight regardless as I feel here is a better place to do so than above. The vignettes were all a delightful read, building a strong, cohesive understanding of Nathanial as a professional - how he relates to his clients, how he keeps up that mask from one type of client to the next - and most importantly - how deep down he is ultimately doing just that: putting on a mask. A magic show. A clean, pleasant face behind which a deeply competitive spirit lies.

  21. It’s immaculate work, I have nothing else to say.

  29. The ‘Everyman’ side of this jojolity I feel had a much more broad potential to be explored, and I think Azumi found something that worked to his strengths as a character and leveraged it well into the mechanics and narrative. He’s just here for the gig, too busy living and enjoying life to be caught up with the details. Movement tech became just as much about the flash as it was the speed to ensure he had a good time, even finding a way to integrate soccer dribbling into the mechanics. Cheeky to use the approach to justify the (again, objectively correct) robbery of the Karen, very good stuff. Another Eight.

  33. The ‘professional’ side of jojolity seems like the easier one to achieve at a glance, but it’s interesting how LLC achieved it given the decidedly untechnical task of Pizza Delivery. Looking the part is important, of course, and it would be entirely against Nate’s character to not dress the part with some simple setup at the start. Turning the deliveries into a magic show for that added flair is a fantastic use of stand ability, and while I admittedly rolled my eyes at the throwaway line of ‘being too professional for sabotage’ the presence of a customer service contingency list was more than enough to bring me back. This guy’s clearly got standards, as any professional should. Eight!

  40. Azumi:
  41.
  42. I think you did a great job of defining your interpretation of the “EVERYMAN” and sticking to it throughout the strat.
  43.
  44. It’s integrated very well into the strategy both narratively and mechanically, in a way that consistently refines your vision of how you embody this role. It serves as a vehicle for good character moments, given Azumi’s perspective on the “Everyman”
  45.
  46. By not pushing things too far in pursuit of the job itself, but in pursuit of what Azumi wants; of comfort and “making the job work for him”, you show that a relatively simple execution of the concept is exactly what this jojolity warranted. 8/10.

  49. Nate:
  50.
  51. With such an efficient and objective focused strategy, you managed to weave your jojolity so well into each aspect.
  52.
  53. You transform yourself completely to meet your definition of professional, sprucing up your outfit, and making dazzling use of a relatively simple ability to push the customer service aspect beyond just doing a “good” job. It would’ve been very easy to interpret this jojolity in a rather stiff way, but your interpretation was very fitting for your character and toolset, and a very fun read.
  54.
  55. I also have to really commend the list of customer service contingencies. You made quality execution of the jojolity such an integral part of the strategy, and you didn’t sacrifice quality one bit to do so. 9/10!
