- Description: Knowing that “white boys had good weed” and were likely unarmed, Doss, along with Marshall and Gunn, went to Andrew’s apartment building to rob them. Marshall waiting outside, while Doss and Gunn entered the building through the unlocked front door, then went upstairs where Andrew and Justin were hanging out with the door open. They were ordered to the ground, while one of the men went into an adjacent room to steal their marijuana. As Doss and Gunn made their way out, they shot Andrew and Justin in the backs of their heads. They sold a laptop they stole for $150, bought a lighter, rolling papers, and cigarettes, before heading back to a family BBQ, where he “drank some Remy, smoked, and ate some BBQ”.
