  3. Strange events have been happening in our own little corner of Breland! Strange events and circumstances only explainable by magic gone wrong and the stuff of nightmares made real! Investigations into the nature of local vigilantes, Coal, The Bastard, Leatherteeth, Starburst, Graveyard, and the Divine Arrow have lead to a number of distinct reviews of strange incidents that lead to stranger and stranger mysteries... Some might even say that the arrival of these masked madmen might have heralded a course of events that there is no turning back from! Perhaps the Host and the Dark Six have decided to place their champions in our fair city? Perhaps these are the experiments of the Houses made reality, and perhaps they truly are hiding something insidious in our midsts? Perhaps, even, our own criminal organizations have caused madness to spread wildly throughout our city with their irresponsibility? We can only guess, and keep you up up to date on what else unfolds in our city in the meantime!! Keep purchasing, readers, and find out!

  5. Incident #1:
  6. Olarune 11th, 998YK: A woman joyriding in a Skycoach afterhours was chased by members of the watch utilizing magic Sunboards in order to catch up with her. Utilizing a Cantrip Caster of Firebolt with minimal proficiency, she attempted to use maneuvers to escape from the watch, only to crash into the walls of a Tavick's Landing Tower. After crash-landing on a deserted street, her vehicle combusted into flames, and by the time the watch arrived, smoldering footprints were left behind, with the suspect, Aoriss Trassk(22), considered to have wandered off and died.
  7. Olarune 13th, 998YK: Aoriss Trassk's shared family apartment was found burnt to cinders, with the corpses of her father, Voil Trassk, and older brother, Ephemius Trassk, left behind. Sole survivor of the incident, widow Laara Trassk, states that it was her daughter, lit ablaze as if by magic, who committed the crime.

Two members of the watch were found dead, with one Tellus Peer(26) having been found with the same kind of black mark embedded into his own head.
  12. Olarune 19th, 998Y: Tellus Peer's corpse found removed from watch storage, location unknown. Two murders have occurred in Lower Menthis, both of students who were, supposedly, members of Tellus' night courses. Sole witness to the murder, Cella Darenth(17), states that the person who committed the murder bore a terrifying likeness, with a black mark upon their forehead, and took the corpses with them

Individuals who report the nightmares most intensely seem to have their things go missing in the middle of the night, creating a fantasy alias known as "The Dream Thief" to spread throughout Northedge.
