Rules: Handwritten, correct.
Greetings: Explained.
Jacks: Explained to the trainees. GJs went relatively good, one trainee was
very slow though. JJs were done fast too and even that one trainee did
them much faster. The trainee struggled with HJs in the beginning.
Faces: Faces explained. Both cadets in the training had problems.
Formations: Trainees got to study the formations. Basic formations were
practiced. The wedge took more time than it should tbh.
March: Marching rules stated. The march looked pretty good.
Obby(short): Done quickly by the trainees.
Obby(long): Obby rules were told. Poles were hard.
Progression: Explained quickly and properly.
Side notes: Has great grammar and always corrects his mistakes. Controls
his trainees well. A cadet in the training struggled during the training but
was completly honest when asked if he knew the jacks and such.

EVALUATION::

Pacing: Greeting-Jacks: Done quickly without any problems. Faces-March:
Done swiftly without anything happening. Obbies-Progression: Done quickly
too. The training was finished with spare time. FULL AMOUNT OF POINTS.

Conduct: Greeting-Jacks: Host behaved properly and was a good role model
for the trainees. Faces-March: The host behave like a host should.
Obbies-Progression: Host behaved well for the rest of the training.
FULL AMOUNT OF POINTS.

Crowd control: Greeting-Jacks: When the host stated the rules a trainee
spoke without grammar but was instantly confronted, nothing else than
that happened. Faces-March: Trainees didnt cause any trouble.
Obbies-Progression: Nothing worth noting has happened aka trainees behaved
well. Throughout the training the host has prefectly managed his trainees.

Hosting procedure: Host introduced himself. Rules stated. Greetings
explained. GJs were vdone. JJs were done. HJs were done. Faces were done.
Basic formations were practiced. A march was conducted. Obbies were done.
Progression explained. Every part was covered perfectly resulting in a
full amount of points. FULL AMOUNT OF POINTS.
