Sub manually by condition non-medals. If STI (RB) is blue or purple put in TWIN TURBO instead (if it's got a better condition). LB takes the left CK and RB the right CK.

Start on +1, go +2 at 45'.
Subs at 65'; sub the RB (STI for TWIN TURBO or vice versa) and the 2 other most tired non-medals. Also if losing go p3, make sure gegen is on and stb is off
