Background
	Denise has been studying to be a doctor since she graduated high school. She was top of her class from the get go, and knocked a whole year off of her college career. She went to medical school in Atlanta, Georgia, and as soon as she graduated when she was 28, she was offered a job in Virginia.
	She worked at the hospital for about two years before she transferred to a new job at a hospital in Pennsylvania. While living and working there, she received a call from her sister. Denise's niece, Ambrosia, had just recovered from a rather invasive leg surgery on both o her legs, and was coming to live with Denise so her recovery could be monitored by someone the family trusted.
