I got a quesiton fam
so, if we're playing squads in fortnite right
and we go to a place
far away
and there's no one around
what you would say be the best option
for us

split in 2 groups
1 goes shifty shafts
1 goes greasy grove
and then we meet up

and we go somewhere else
so we save 2x time
looting same stuff
with 4 people
or
we should spend 2x time looting 1 place
and then move to another place
and only 2x time after THAT move onto the 3rd place, where if we split we would have been there in 1/2 time

tbf i'd stick together. i mean if ur  on a good squad with individual skill and aim you can actually split, but most likely there will be enoguh loot for 4 ppl in greasy/shifty. you need to think about the situation if you split up 2/2 there might be another squad and you or your team is 2v4 which is pretty cancerous in early game with no mats/ real guns

like, you're good at this game right
you know that 90% of people are bad at this game
and if you go against them, you will survive
is 1 guy going off to risky, get loot and randevour with the team such a bad idea?
like, there shouldn't be any problems, ON AVERAGE
for a 3 man team
to kill another, even 4 people team
cause you won't fight 3vs4 face to face
it's gonna be 1on1
cause everyone spreads
right?

well the problem is in early game 4 noobs with smg can win vs 3 skilled ppl cuz the current meta is bs af. well in theory it should be 1v1 every time but you never know. if some1 wants to split i'd rather send 3 ppl to west greasy and the 4th guy below the waterfalls, theres a small lootspawn with 3 possible chests & if im not mistaken 4 or 5 random loot spawns, then you'll just have to get to your team and help them in time
but as i said even i or alex wouldn't actually risk splitting early game, its so random to find a weapon, and then you'll still have to outskill the enemy somehow

this is like THE best outcome for the team, right?
i do understand, if you go and there's another squad with you, sure, 4 people is a must for the best outcome
but Kate was giving me shit saying we all need to stick as 4
even when it's face
as showed in that map
i can't go loot that other area
but the thing is yeah
I looted that area alone FASTER, than those 3 people looted the other one
i was at their location even
before they finished
but as you know too, sometimes you just die, 4th person is not gonna change that
i find it a bit odd that those extra % is so damn important
especially when there's no enemies around

well if you're completely alone it's up to the team imo, we sometimes do that, but well i guess the diefference is that we all know each other since 5+ years & know how to protect ourselves :joy: but you could actually try that in an area far away from the bus line. if the bus is nearly centered i would even try that, cuz ppl might come form another loot spot just to push a free killl in their eyes
