Ah, even if you haven't read the prequel, maybe you can still sense what I want to express.
That kind of simple (laughs) atmosophere is enough... (breath)
Before this timeline, Homura pushed Mami away,
Acting recklessly, pretending to be the bad guy,
In the present, after escaping from endless repeats,
What kind of feeling is brewing in her, now that the season's changing?
Will she come out of the exit stronger than she went in--?  Homu homu--?
As these thoughts brew in my mind, I drew this doujin-- those kind of feelings-
Basically, the type that likes to apologize, blushes often, and if not joking around, unable to say "those words."
Homura travels over and over in the same season in time.
As time finally move forward, seeing the foliage changing with teh season, she must feel many different emotions brewing inside her.

No matter how many times Homura tries to save, but she can never reach the goal.  So she told herself, give up.  With this in mind, she becomes a mere tool to be used.
Through this process, the feelings she hold toward Mami-san, besides ill will,
also nurtures without realizing.  It'll be great if she realize it, Homura!

Mami-san also feel soemthing towards Homura, but she didn't say.
In my setting, Mami isn't the kind to take the initiative.  "Unmovable."
Intimate, tough, trustworthy, these are all proof, her heart isn't fragile.
Unles someone tell her, "let us be together forever."  She will definitelly fall in without fail,  that kind of girl.  That's how Homu took advantage of her.

About Mami-san's birthday, it was my invention.  I thought summer rain feels about right.
Also, the perfume scent for a gift (Jasmine) also blooms in the summer rain.
Please come out with summer costume already!!
By the way, girls hate it when guys buy them perfume!  It's embarrassing!
But Homu homu is a girl, so it's fine!
Oh, but it definitely has a "I want you to become mine" kind of meaning.
How embarrassing!
"Jasmine" is read as "kuchinashi" not "kubinashi"!
{T/N:  Kuchinashi means no mouth, kubinashi means no head}

The sense of smell is best at invoking fragments of memory.
Even though you might forget, but it gives you the impression of  "I remember."

I feel Homu homu has inherented the memory of the new world.
From the old world, she also kept all the memory up to the point where Sayaka disappears.  Each memory proving the other world's existence.
Only until now, she realize the feelings she has for Mami-san.
Even though from Mami-san's perspective, this Homura is not acting like herself,
But, "She's still Akemi-san, so I don't mind!"  you know how it is!

Ah, but Homuhomu doesn't have the memory of what happens after Sayaka disappeared.
Thinking about this, I suddenly wish someone can publish a small doujin, write about that time with Mami-san, rich, that kind of things...
